I have had no issues with this app Transferred the app to a new phone recently through iTunes absolutely no issues I m guessing that most folks are just not able to intuitively manage their migration of phone content The two support issues I have had with Glyph Trion were always answered within two to three days as with most game providers Be patient with customer support you ll get much farther in life 4 stars because the app appears to be needing an update soon to keep up with the newest iOS updates                 Works great good customer support FastLarry

I agree with the previous reviewers here The app works just fine however in the event that something happens to your device and you cannot access the app there is a complete lack of support from the developers to assist with account recovery and there is no manual way to do it for instance with a series of previously determined question answers I ve reported being locked out of my account days ago and still haven t received any answer At the same time I ve reported to the other software vendors with whom I use 2 factor authentication with an app from that same device and within hours they had everything squared away Very disappointing service     App works but complete lack of support recovery features Korlod

Terrible Trying to return to rift yet restoring my authenticator to a new phone is super problematic I fill out the two forms and press the send button and I just see a blink and nothing No email no response zip zero I would love to return but if customer service is hard to get a hold of and problematic apps I m not sure it s worth it         Mediocre at best RyanRudeboy

This is not how a authenticated login should be set up Say a hacker gets your account details He can know use this all enter the serial number it provides into your account he stole and then enable the authenticator and bam he has your account authenticated with his app This tool give hackers another resource for those accounts not already authenticated Other games use a method that takes your actual product code from the box a piece of data not readily available to most hackers and you input that to initiate the authentication setup Maybe I m missing something             Not secure brkbeatjunkie

My one and only gripe about it is something about the coding If it is running and the iPod goes to sleep it seems to be running resources still Over night the iPod from a full charge to dead If I exit the app the battery life is as expected Developers please check the code and be sure it s also putting itself to sleep when the iOS makes the sleep call Then this app will be perfect Also to all the complainers out there Please do try running is on a non jailbroken iPod They warned you when you got the app Pay attention                 Very simple and secure Relic Maelstrom
