I have had the exact same issue firmware update takes forever and half the time wont update Had a warranty replacement done same exact thing happened Dont purchase its a waste of money and time Really terrible
Have tried so many times to get this to work uploaded firmware twice condensed my contact list rebooted phone nothing helps Didnt seem ready to be sold to the public Needs major rework I fear lots of returns back to CaseMate Cant get it to work
Awful I dont know if its the bracelet or the app but I have now spent about 10 hours trying to update the firmware which says takes 25 hours The one time it successfully updated it crashes every other time saying that it lost its connection to the bracelet which was sitting next to my phone the Bluetooth wouldnt connect About to return this piece of junk Terrible
So far I am into hour 3 of attempting to update firmware Not impressive for the cost By morning if this is not complete it will be returned It took 7 hours out of the box to update the software and the battery has to be full on the bracelet or it wont up date because if you attempt to charge the update stops This morning the bracelet was completely dead battery adding contacts is a joke the software doesnt allow you to pick the number off your contact and then when you finish the software says you have double contacts with the same name and will not edit Perhaps you and Rebecca should stop all sales until you figure out how to be pretty and actually work Amazing
I wanted to love this but its just awful Couldnt get it to pair with my Bluetooth no less update the firmware Terrible and will be returning Spend endless time trying to get this to work They have some major fixing to do I would give this 0 stars if I could Beyond disappointing
When I first got this bracelet I was so stoked only to be soon very disappointed It wouldnt stay connected and half the time it didnt work And dont get me started on that firmware update that took a million years After a few updates of the app it seemed to be working better Now with the new iOS 9 update it doesnt work at all Never Mind
