Crashes sometimes doesnt open Expected quality for free app Okay glad it was free

My 4 year old has been using for the last three days and she absolutely loves She has spent about 5 hours so far and it keeps her occupied with interest Would be interesting to see how it shapes are reading skills A Great Help for Kids
I forked over a hundred bucks for a year subscription expecting that my daughter would be kept entertained while learning However the program is buggy and doesnt save her progress so she is stuck doing the same drills over and over again and cant progress I cant add another user either to work around Also the app locks up when I try to go the monitor progress option I have tried to get support but the only Option to get support is via chat Would be nice but no one ever answers DO NOT BUY Frustrated
My daughter loves this app She get excited to play it even though we are only doing the free trial My only problem with the app is how much it costs to unlock everything A one month subscription is 20 and a year is 99 That is just not something I can afford so once my daughter gets tired of playing the first level in all the areas this app will be deleted Great but EXPENSIVE
I wont even consider paying for the full version of this As soon as I downloaded and opened I started getting email adds from them I deleted the app and it still hasnt stopped I will never download anything from them again Sales ploy
Other reviews mentioned stability issues but we did not have these problems at all I am impressed with the quality of this app Where other apps either have a poor visual quality or a poor educational value this one seems to be very well done I like slow gradual progress and the fact that there are so many levels for practicing reading skills Great app
Childs progress does not open game freezes if progress is clicked and entire game has to be forced quit and restarted Contacted Online support and its terrible they recommended a reinstall but it had been just installed within 24 hours Running iPad 4iOS 84 Online Support is terrible
SO I had a simple tech support issue where I was unable to use the product I paid for that took 1 month many calls and emails and 3 hours total of time to resolve I experienced VERY bad and poorly trained tech support In the meantime please enjoy being spammed by 34 sales emails a day from Rosetta I have never seen an established company SPAM email this relentlessly They apparently want your dollars not your problems with their product Prepare for an onslaught of SPAM and bad tech support
I downloaded it because my 4 and 5 yr old saw the picture and liked itbut it turned out to be the best thing I sat them both down with a laptop and had to pull them away after over an hour They really enjoy the little lingos especially when they dance so they work hard to get the right answer Great app Keeps my kids busy learning
Kids love the trial version so I purchased the VERY expensive in app full version subscription but the app wont let me log in even though I have been charged Support through Apple and Rosetta hasnt resulted in a fix or refund yet Will update review if anything changes Expensive Subscription Doesnt Work no support yet

The program never worked After several emails the guy said to call him I work 14 hours per day and take care of a threeyearold T1d when I am off I never found time to call The program may work fine but I could never get it to work But they have my money Didnt work at all
Great product Both my son who is advanced and my daughter who is just getting started are really engaged with Rosetta Stone kids reading The progression through levels seems intuitive and fun One thing I found was that if you kids seem bored dont be afraid to reset the starting level to sort something more challenging Really Engaging
This app is completely unstable and it will stop saving your childs progress at some point and your child will get frustrated because of this My five year old daughter refused to play after a while because of this For the price its a complete waste of money Really unstable app do not pay for it
Bought it as soon as it came out I love rosetta stone products in general and this is nothing short of that Teaches kids the fundamentals of reading and adds a fun twist to it Could not be happier I highly recommend this product to anyone who is serious about getting their kids to learn how to read Cheers Amazing Product Kids Reading
1999 for a monthly subscription are they kidding For that price you would think they would have humans reading instead of a synthesized voice Rosetta Stone continues their high priced strategy
Would be a really good game but my sons progress resets and he gets frustrating only me 2nd or 3rd time resetting it seems to work for about a month then stops again Progress resets
