This is a great app for new and experienced RTs While not as comprehensive has I would like to see this is one of the best starts I look forward to seeing this app grow with input from the RT community This is not a paid endorsement                 One of the best RT apps I have experienced

Great app Being a transport RT having to think quick on your feet is standard practice The app has a few double checks to look at quickly verifying my math calcs I like the APGAR calc along with O2 tank calc with timer Will play with it on my next transport Keep adding to this app I would suggest adding normal Vital signs per age group and maybe RSI drugs and calculations by age Broslow tape by color perhaps Thanx for building this app Cheers              PediatricNeonatal transport RT

Overall this is a great calculator for RTs but it has a few shortcomings that can be easily fixed in a future update Fahrenheit is spelled wrong Farenheight Abbreviation for milliliters mL is not consistent throughout sometimes its ml Inconsistency between FIO2 and FiO2 Perhaps there ought to be a regular calculator included in the Tools section so you dont have to leave the app to do other math Why is Aa Gradient Arterial Oxygen Content and Bicarbonate Deficit in the Cardiac section I didnt go through all the RT Medications with a finetooth comb but I did see a number of errors when I glanced through quickly Albuterol Nebulized is listed as 25 mg 3 mL of 05 solution That should be 0083 solution Brovana Nebulized is listed as 2 mL in 21 mL saline Should be 15 mcg in 21 mL saline ColyMycin is listed as an antibacterialcorticosteroid It is not a corticosteroid It is an antibiotic Pulmicort budesonide does not include Pulmicort Respules inhalation suspension for nebulization When I get a chance Ill check out the RT Meds more thoroughly None of these are showstoppers and should not prevent anyone who needs the app from buying it Its still worth the money and I hope the developer continues to fix the small problems and add additional information and calculations              Attention to Details
