I was looking for an app to help me do run walk intervals while training for a half marathon I wanted something that would run in the background while I used my normal running app Nike Run Club listened to music etc This did exactly that and worked perfectly for my entire run Only thing I would love to see if the ability to set your own intervals vs the preset options                     Does exactly what I needed DocShazam

App functions well but the description failed to mention it does not run in the background so basically every time my phone fell asleep or was on my Nike app this app did not work and did not tell me to switch to walking         Disappointed nchin

Loaded on iPhone 3G This is exactly what I want but performance is spotty I monitored the app for it s first interval and it worked Then I let it run by itself and it finished a walk period chimed and then did not notify me when the next running period ended I woke up the phone and the app indicated there was a lot of time left to go which was wrong     Needs work Kevenm1
