I use this as an immediate reward when my son goes to potty It has both happy and sad faces I only use a sad face if he exhibits a bad behavior like biting hitting which tantrum which he hardly ever does anymore The name is misleading as it only implies that there are sad faces I d recommend the creator rename it to better reflect its value                 They should call it happy face sad face Mommy toddler
