This could be a cool app but when it imports my contacts it only imports their name which is very frustrating There really is no point having this app if I have to manually enter all of my clients information except for the name I signed up for the cloud back up too Will be canceling that as well         Import contact issue Srt620

It s a good app and you can store all your client information I wish I could change the dates on certain notes I put in to keep track of the date better There is the option but it won t save when you select the given date                 Cool app Hairstylist/colorist

I ve been a stylist for 35 years now and I ask you do you remember index cards I do but index cards can t do what this app is doing for my business it s more that client organization it s marketing both by email or by text it lets me know who hasn t been in a while I can place my order with my sales consultant through the app and I now have a gallery of the past styles on each client I do I back it all up on the cloud they feature so it s on both my iPhone and my iPad and I can t lose it So long index cards                     Wishing I had this years ago ClientData

I have been using this app since June and had back logged all of my previous notes into the notes by date Today I realized that all notes prior to the beginning of December have been completely wiped out Emailed the creators to rectify the situation waiting to hear back I guess it s time to reformulate EVERY client     Not a happy stylist Staceyangeline

I downloaded the app for my iPad and iPhone First there is no way to import contacts from neither my phone nor other apps But the biggest problem is that although the data may be backed up in iTunes it is not supported by iCloud so there is no sync feature You expect me to enter all my contacts again in my phone If I m missing something let me know and I will happily re review I love all the other parts of the app Keep building         No sync Confuseduser Fixnow

I have not upgraded yet and am a little afraid to given the reviews I am reading This seems as though it would be an incredibly useful app if it operated with the functionality it promises What concerns me the most is the seeming lack of customer support Update I went ahead and upgraded despite the reviews Rather than import my current data it just threw a new version on my IPad so I had to completely re add every single client Again UGH so now i m thinking if this isn t as functional as it should be I m going to be seriously angry             Glad I read the reviews GagesMom2

This ap is deceiving I bought it so I could use the photos of my clients from my camera roll to track their progress This ap will not let you use or edit existing pictures on your camera roll it will only let you take new pictures Don t buy it     Deceiving Marisa23r

curious if there was a way to sync through iTunes between iPhone and iPad also your website says it will list clients who haven t been in within 60 days I m assuming this is the ABSENT CLIENTS feature the only problem is that when i click on ABSENT CLIENTS I JUST GET A BLANK PAGE i hope someone actually working for the company reads this since the SUPPORT link brings me to a page to watch an advertising video instead of any instruction or help my whole salon is looking to purchase this but not until i figure it all out thanks ron                 it would be good to have a place to ask questions besides in the reviews Rzslc

Hello I just downloaded this app today and am in the process of entering client data When I click on clients and it takes me to the entire list they are not organized just listed in the order I put them in if the developer reads these reviews that would be something to consider maybe alphabetizing the entries or giving some way to not have to scroll thru all clients I m very excited to Have found this app looking forward to utilizing it Thank you for creating it an app that is only for organizing and not booking                 Stylist owner JayStrat
