This works fine on my Desktop but takes forever to load on my iPad after the 72114 update I downloaded I gave up on it after nothing happened for 60 seconds Update It finally opened on my iPad Could be my wireless carrier was super slow Am glad to have it back              Wont open

This companys track record on their news apps for the SF Bay Area is abysmal and this one is no better Its just a scan of the printed newspaper ads and all and is very slow and erratic to navigate Not much news either The Local News section is usually so blurred that its unreadable but the Obituaries is always crystal clear Go figure These people should take lessons from other news pages where its easy to find articles no clutter on the page speed is great news is findable without scrolling past endless ads and photos that add nothing to the experience of finding news items Photos are fine on the news articles page but not cluttering up small iPad screens and crowding out article titles Putting together a news app isnt rocket science just list the articles and let people choose which ones to read     Not impressed

This is crashing incessantly Rarely can I read an entire issue Todays crash cannot be avoided even with a hard iPad reboot Could be a pretty good app if it worked By contrast PressReader seems to be much more solid for reading newspapers     Crashes Incessantly

But recently this app has been very slow to open Sometimes it doesnt open at all Or it starts to get open and then gets stuck Or it opens and no editions appear Recently is the last two weeks It used to be a wonderful app but it isnt now     Used to be great

I love having electronic access to my local paper especially when traveling Unfortunately this app does not deliver Very slow to load and many pages are blurry Very disappointing app makes me wonder why I paid extra for an esubscription with my paper delivery     Inconsistent pages
