Santikos Premiere

Update almost a year since this version was released and no fixes or updates Santikos tickets now available on Fandango so perhaps theyve reevaluated their app experience To those 5 star ratings well I cant imagine this app meriting them A forced update with a completely separate app A bad sign While I applaud the Santikos chain for their theaters whomever is hiring a nephew to build apps for them is really missing the opportunity to provide a superior experience through the entire process of theatre going As another reviewer pointed out the Bijou is listed as coming soon Also movie times are sometimes unavailable depending on the way you try to look them up Latest update resolves the missing show times and theaters The design of the app is dated and the UIUX is less than helpful Once you get movie times the movie title and or times may go off the edge of the screen so you may miss seeing those later show times or details about the showing 3D etc This app only supports portrait mode so you wont find any more info by tipping your phone either I dont understand why this chain seems to insist upon having a stand alone app and thereby lessening their customers experience instead of allowing use of other more established and polished ticket sellers If Santikos were knocking out a topnotch app it would be understandable but this app isnt that yet Santikos has 9 theaters listed in the app why such a circuitous tedious and tiresome method to select a theatre Why not just list them and allow me to sort based on proximity This seems to have been overthought and is overly complex I like your theaters but dislike trying to buy tickets with this app     Doesnt add value to Santikos experience

This app wasnt ready On a good day you may be able to look up some movie times Most likely it will crash if you try to use it No ability to purchase tickets     Dont Bother

This app is the greatest movie app better than fandango first time I used it it was marvelous                 I love it

Santikos Please dont ask us to update the app until youve got it working I am being told that the Bijou is coming soon and that there are No Sessions Available for movie times Last I checked the Bijou was still there You are aware of that right     Downgrade

I was able to easily choose seats and purchase tickets No problem whatsoever                 First time a charm

After running the upgrade for this app I have found it much more difficult to navigate I liked the older version where the movies were listed with show times and you could select the date So far I have found when you click buy tickets you only see what is left for the current day If the other days are embedded somewhere I havent found them yet so I imagine other fairly smart people havent either Time for Santikos to revert to the earlier edition     Terrible

I really liked the version before this latest upgrade but now I cant pull up my theater cant view times for the movies playing on any particular day and therefore cant even purchase tickets I guess Ill have to continue using version 22 which I still have on my iPad thank God     What Happened

Great update compared to the previous versions Looks prettier gives me all the information I need allows me to purchase within the app Allows me to login to my rewards Whats all the negativity about Sure the app could use a little optimization to run a little quicker but besides that it works as advertised              Works fine

This version doesnt have a movie previews so is hard to choose a movie if you dont know nothing of the new releases Please put the previews like in the older version of this app or like in the regal app Thank you     No movie preview

This app is either completely defective after the latest major upgrade or the filter feature is unintuitive to the point that it renders the app completely useless Stick with Fandango until this new app dev releases a fix     Its pretty simple

This is probably the worst app Ive ever seen Cant even select the theatre if you are not within 31 miles from one     Worthless

I cant believe they charge a booking fee for buying Santikos movie tickets thru the Santikos app     Booking fee

Ive switched to Fandango It works perfectly The Santikos app will not let me purchase tickets It crashes immediately Its been like this for a while now I love the Santikos movie theaters The app is tarnishing their image     Unusable Crashes when trying to purchase

I am a movie fan and loved the convenience of the app when it first came out but now it crashes as soon as you click to purchase your tickets I have told multi pm managers at the Silverado location about this problem and have always gotten the response of no one else has complained of these problems Santikos please fix this App especially since you have a new Alamo Ranch location coming soon     Crash

The best I can do is look up movie times and pull a little bit of information about the movies However when I go to purchase tickets it always crashes and exits the program this app is totally worthless     Worst movie app I have ever used

I was hopeful that this update would fix a few UI things that were bad in the previous version Too bad I cant tell The new version doesnt even work The only thing the app displays well are the ads I cant see any movie or theater information I cant buy tickets or anything The app just constantly spins It looks like it is constantly waiting for a response This new version of the app is worse than the old one How is that even possible     Worse Than Before

I dont know why this app has bad reviews This app is perfect for logging into loyalty purchasing tickets selecting seats and saving your ticketing info in the app No problems at all                 Good app for santikos ticket purchasing

Downloaded it was a wast of my data and memory All you can do is see whats playing When you try to purchase tickets it crashes every time Santikos please fix this app or shut it down     A Crashing disaster app

No theres or show times show up It prompts you to enter a username or password Neither of which exist It has zero function Nothing works and what does work is not relevant Santikos paid to develop a brick Even if it did work it looks like the app equivalent of an AOL site     Completely functionless

It was about dang time Love the app I was tired of going onto third party sites purchasing tickets and not getting rewards points for my purchases which meant a trip to the customer service desk in addition to not being able to choose my seats at times The best part of this app is that your trip to the movies can be handled conveniently in one single app the only thing that needs work is the user interface it reminds me of the apps that were on my iPhone 3G lol but this is one of the first versions so Ill give the developers some slack It would also be nice to have an area of the app showing what rewards you have yet used what your next reward is and how many points you need to achieve that next reward Good job Santikos Now when is The Granada coming                 finally

Please go back to the previous version I loved the ability to see trailers without them the app is unless to me     Go Back no Trailers

The commercial at the movies make it sound better than what it is You cant use your rewards card or create an account Its no different than buying tickets through the normal site Should of did more work to it before releasing something that cant do what they said it could        Not as its billed

Your last two updates are terrible Cant pick favorite cinemas slow as heck doesnt show correct amount of reward points doesnt show all previous purchases Fix it please Your first version worked well figure it out and fix it     The upgrades stink
