Exactly where is the information gathered to show the weather Its about 20 degrees warmer according to the app as apposed to the weather channel for local temperature I really want this app to work Weather or not
Not sure where it gets its weather from but I wish it was local The temp here is 2f where ever it gets its data from is an awesome 47f Cant complain about the weather on Mars I dont live there Weather Feature

This thing is kind of evil Almost every button takes you to an upgrade page But I guess a 59 year old man who wants to play with a Tricorder gets what he deserves Dumped it in 30 seconds Just a sales platform
I really like the app and purchased the Unlock all option However because the app is Star Trek based I feel that the opening interface should be more Treklike Perhaps an upgrade will have the modification like the app

Great app for the Trekkie in us all AND it has real world uses as well worth having Could use a WiFi scanner to Complete the replacement of my very old Tricorder app good job
Fun little app but weather function does not work for me Not really worth 5 bucks to unlock but certainly have spent 5 bucks in worse ways Over all I am OK with it but would be nice to have working weather more sounds and a settings page to personalize app to some degree and choose weather provider Star Trek like sensor

This acts like a functional tricorder There is even an add on hand held sensor device you can get Great for Star Trek Fans
Pretty cool but waiting for upgrades I paid the 4 to unlock all features But the weather selection does not pick up my ipad location even though is says it does Sci scanner
The free version is not as good as i thought it would be The few things it does is ok but the app needs a landscape mode i use a keyboard with my iPad so the app is always tilted Some more features could be unlocked for the free version as well Eh
this is a great app wish you could make a medical one that would be awesome if you could put a some kind of radar like weather or voice detector radar in there direction tricorder
To me the app shows all info I asked for thats actual data from the sattlites and NASA so if your not a nerd then do get this Awesome

Nice oldschool interface but the weather sensor the only realistically useful part of the app doesnt give the right data Pretends to be more real than it is

ITS JUST A TELEVISION SHOW PEOPLE GET A LIFE What were you expecting a real tricorder that scans for lifeforms and radiation and stuff like that Not quite Just enjoy the app and stop complaining The application is fine great work by the developers Im sure that future updates will fix the reported glitches and add more features so just be patient Over and out Owner
The free app only has three working tools The 499 upgrade purchase gives you 6 more Each tool has at least 2 different readings The weather tool gives you a few local weather numbers and the weather on Mars The current local weather takes a long time to load The nodes mentioned in the description are additional instrument readings that in order to work require you to buy a separate 125 device This tool in turn needs other parts around 25 to 100 each plus another 10 each for the software in order to function Thats a lot of money for a say infrared thermometer that cost 20 at a hardware store The app has potential its not there yet Disappointing but has potential

Worst app ever First of all 90 of this app is inapp purchases Secondly the sound effects are nowhere near those of the tricorder it is meant to emulate Deleted this within minutes of downloading Really
Downloaded the app and purchased the 499 unlock all option caused the app to lock up completely Deleted and downloaded the app again to try and fix the problem and my purchase had disappeared with no restore purchases option and no way to contact the developers on their website VERY POORLY MANAGED Problem
Great app very realistic useful Scanner
I had to remove and reinstall the app and in order to readd the features I had ALREADY paid for I have to pay again NO Pay again I dont think so
