Sephora App for iPad

I really expect more from a company like Sephora The app doesnt keep me logged in hangs in various parts of the app whenever I try to use it and in general is harder to use that the website Im sick of having to restart the app over and over again just to give Sephora my money to buy something        Frustrated with poor functionality and crashes

Okay thats a bit of a hyperbole However I cannot express the extent of my frustration with the Sephora app I am a VIB and have Flash shipping but I rarely visit Sephora online anymore because the app crashes and stalls so often Sephora fire your tech department or you are bound to lose customers to Ulta and other more userfriendly beauty apps     The worst app ever created

Would be nice if they would finally fix the beauty board crashing issue I will say the layout looks stylish and easy to navigate but Im not giving any app that crashes every time I try to use a feature more than one star Judging by the other comments not exactly a new problem either Another issue is as a person whose family is extremely pale came over from Ireland in the 50s I would like fair skin to actually mean that White fair skin When I search for items or other users who have found things that work for extremely pale skin girls who are Latina or African American are basically the exact opposite of what Im looking for They have gorgeous skin but most likely are not going to be able to demonstrate makeup looks that compliment my skin Im just now getting familiar with the website so maybe Sephora has no control over search results but if anything can be done for accuracy in this area it would be much appreciated     Crashes

Nonfunctioning scroll     Useless

The app looks beautiful but will not load reviews without freezing and also crashes constantly Please fix     Frustrating

would love to see bigger pics on the iPad but its so aggravating that it doesnt work had to resort to the browser to view the site and at least that worked if slowly app works much much better on the iPh 5     awful please fix

The most recent update is an unmitigated failure If the app opens at all it freezes or fails to completely load subsequent pagesbeyond frustrating No point in attempting to use it until the bugs are fixed Note to the development teammore bells whistles are only good if they work     Unusable

Dont know if it is simply incompatible with ios 81 or if the connection within the app is just awful but I cannot even add anything to my freakin cart Get with the program Sephora It is holiday seasonyou really want to make buying hard     Cannot buy anything on this app

I used to love this appmade it quick and easy to purchase and browse Not anymorecant scroll so you can only see 2 items on each page     Stopped working

Esthetically pleasing but keeps freezing I end up getting frustrated and quitting the app At least that means Im saving my money        Keeps freezing

I love the app I have easy access to my sephora account and can easily buy things from it I love it                 Not sure why so many bad ratings

I only use the app to reference the products and see whats new since I work most of the time but it would be so nice for it to work It always crashes have never purchased anything from the app because it might not even process it is also a bit too hard to navigate through the app since there is so much going on If this worked it would save me a lot of time     Annoying

This App is horrible I understand there are bugs to be worked out butthey are NOT being fixed The App has been crashing freezing up for months A company as large and successful as Sephora should have the right people to fix this apparently not Disappointing     The Worst App Ever

The signin pop up box keeps disappearing before I can sign in to my account and the app crashes every couple of minutes pretty much useless Since the iPhone app just updated I hoped there would be an update available for this as well but apparently Sephora believes people prefer to shop from a relatively tiny little iPhone screen so they dont bother making their iPad app functional Very frustrating     Unusable

The content is pretty nice You can shop or look at inspiration such as color of the year or articles However this app has many issues This newest version is the worst Some of the pages wont let me scroll down or tap on products to purchase Pretty stupid App closes on itself Sephora is a major brand I am a VIP Rouge I think having such a problematic app is deplorable Someone needs to work on this NOW It is NOT acceptable sephora should be embarrassed to have an app with so many bugs that prevents customers from purchasing items     Bugs but okay when works

I used the app a lot but now just use the browser since upgrading my OS to 7 this app just crashes At least the browser version still works     Will not open since upgrading

This app is so slow and its super to touch the screen by mistake taking you to a different area that again takes forever to load Easier just to use the web site        Total Pain

The app freezes when youre making purchases and it doesnt allow you to check out without a problem Cant see your full order no scrolling unable to go back to previous screen Just awful App on my phone works better     Freezes up every time

Why do I have to shop in landscape I can understand certain games locking into horizontal orientation but a shopping app Ridiculous At least it doesnt crash anymore        Locks orientation for no reason

I deleted the app because the todays obsession is Nov 7 2014 Its Sept 5 2015 I thought maybe I should delete it and then reload to see if it would update Nope Didnt work The sephora app for the iPhone works just fine It always keeps me signed in and it never freezes I find that I always use my web browser when I use my iPad     Just deleted this app

You would think that by now these issues would be solved The app is nothing more than just a link to the website Though the app crashes and doesnt respond What gets me is the design as well Why every time I leave the app I have to start all over again is beyond me So if I go to another app to check the name or price of an item then I must start all over again You would think Sephoras app design team would try to make this as user friendly as possible Sephoras design team needs to be fired     You Would Think By Now

Its a shame because I love the store but dont always have time to get there I have found myself using the Ulta app now since it works If they can get the app to work I will resume shopping exclusively at Sephora     Doesnt work

No search from the home app landing page You actually have to hit a home button to be able to get to a new page to find search functionally Sephora theres a better way to promote new items and specials App loses selections when going paging back This app is just a sad offering thats a big time waster Easier to shop via browser        Seriously

There are a lot of really great features to this app but it is so unreliable I wish they spent more time updating this because it crashes gives errors doesnt process reviews without shutting down Ugh so frustrating        Want to love it
