Lets begin by saying that this app is a must have in the Ed ICU or ON THE FLOOR You guys have obviously worked your butts off to do this I am absolutely amazed that you were able to work as hard as you did on such an in depth on this as to have even incorporated the calculators needed in this app Please know that I will always be using this app                 ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL

I found this app on the iMedicalApps review site and its really very helpful                 Great App

Intensivists may find some of the content in here a little basic but overall theres a lot a good material in here Aside from goal directed therapy and other sepsis guidelines which every critical care fellow should know cold I find the ID antibiotic regimen and drug dosing info particularly usefulits nice to have everything in one place The calculators are good and I also like the navigation very intuitive and simple              Good summary of sepsis care

This is a very good all around app that helps you with the quick and dirty diagnostic piece and then gives you more detail on treatment and disposition                 Excellent

This app contains just about all the practical sepsis info you need to know Some sections could be reorganized and streamlined a little to emphasize the most important point but overall a very helpful reference Definitely worth a couple of bucks              Very practical and comprehensive

Every ICU doctor should have a copy of this app in their iPhone The app contains great information on the diagnosis and management of sepsis and related infections presented in a simple straightforward style as well as a number of useful clinical calculators The content covers a pretty broad range from basic hp to more specialized neonatal sepsis topics The interface has what youd expect from this sort of app full search bookmarking plus some slick features that I really like like popups that list drugs references or footnotes in an unobtrusive way Well done              A lot of information in a small package

Nice interface I like the zoom tables and popups used in this app Mentioned drugs are crossreferenced to their dosing pages in popups that you can swipe throughpretty neat I wish other reference apps would do this so I wouldnt have to go back and forth to look up drug doses                 Jeff Forstein MD
