The big draw for this app was the ability to use it for your tickets Doesn t work always says there is an error The contact information on the app is wrong the phone number leads to a no longer in service message and is different than the number on the website The app becomes pointless when nothing on it works     Doesn t work Pixieyelsraek

And that s the best that I can say about it Purchases don t recognize your membership so you don t get discounts It always logs you off Just not that great You would think for the amount of money they get and for the people they cram in the park they could make a better more functioning app     This is just a park map Hardkhour

I deleted this app after a day Barcode scanner doesn t work I can t attach my passes and I am unable to pull up tickets If items worked it would be useful but until that happens not worth the download     Horrible Tweek-bow

I really want to like this app just wish it would allow me to log in with my user information I ve reset my password 3 times and it still won t give me access to my account stating that my username and password don t match but they do Pretty frustrating The rest of the app is very useful and easy to follow but it would be better if I could actually have access to my passes and payment info on the app Bummer potentially a 5 star app             Great but fixes are needed Mrs. Joris

The tickets for shows or events never show up I The app However it shows what I bought in 2014 I continue to add my new passes and they are gone the next I open app I have added a credit card to pay but it rarely works at registers It seems that the conveniences added in app are not reliable so what is the point I still need to print hard copies of tickets have passes with me and carry cc around park I have been told by customer service during times app not working in park it is because the park is crowded or busy and app is overwhelmed What         Not accurate TRE J.

The maps are nice The notifications are useless Quick pay sounds useful but won t stay logged It is anything but quick since you have to type in your username and password every time you try to use it The only reason I m giving it 3 stars is because of the maps otherwise more frustrating than useful             Won t stay logged in Isaac Case

I have been trying to download this app for days It keeps saying I already purchased it but is no where on my phone I have downloaded other apps to be sure it wasn t my service or phone All the other apps downloaded just fine     Annoying Chasemom323

I have yet to see show times working on this app That is really what I use it for as a season pass holder who pretty much knows the small park like the back of her hand But it always says n a next to all the shows Fix that and it would be great             Ok but no show times shelibeli
