If all stays as easy as my first uses of this it makes the best bank ever even more awesome First check in no snags So far Im stoked

Excellent design but photo check deposits and creating new payee dont really work Appreciate that with the latter I got a popup to click to dial customer service I did and they created the payee for me on the spot and then was able to send payment via the app Would still be a good idea to fix these two bugs though Great concept

Im happy to be a credit union customer but this application promises more than it delivers Basic features work like balance inquiry and transfers work fine but in my experience the app has been unable to process check images for deposit 02 and will not accept information on new payees in the bill pay feature Dont plan on this app completely replacing your computer because the functionality is just not complete Buggy unreliable features

thats all I can say Im already so delighted with SF Fire CU this is the icing on the cake havent tried the photo deposit yet but thrilled to thanks for making my life complete yay

Logged onto account to deposit check exited app to turn up brightness on phone went back onto app only to see blank screen Tried and tried Guess you dont want me to deposit money Cant deposit check

I got this app to make mobile deposits but it crashes every time I get to the photo part Useless

San Francisco Fire Credit Union custom designed their app and it does almost everything the website does Best Banking App Ever

The mobile deposit feature on this app works less than 5 of the time Since you can do everything else through a browser on SFFCUs web site why bother with this app at all Mobile deposit almost never works

I have one recommendation integrate locations of banks and ATMs in the credit union coop Otherwise everything is great Love the check deposit Terrific App

This is nicely intuitive and better designed than the website However there are serious bugs For instance Ive only been able to photograph a check once Since then the camera seems trapped behind the UI and cant be used It seems like there is some sort of memory leak The app gets slower and slower and less responsive the more it is used I hope these issues are fixed soon A good start

So far so good Though I havent tried the check deposit yet Either way happy camper here Yes finally

Seriously SF Fire is the best thing that has happened to my banking life in a long time And the app is greatI use it to check balances make payments deposit checks look at my credit rating frequently It does much more too Love SF Fire AND this app

Freezes up mobile deposit photo function often says not connected the Internet Not compatible with iPhone 5 Buggy

Im having trouble if I accidentally dont log out and then come back to the app later It freezes on the your session has expired please log in Then you cant do anything Ive had to delete it several times and then download the app again Please fix this everything else is great Freezes if you dont log out

Living in the east bay I have to say is a pain when you have to make deposits or bank I love the new phone app Not only can I deposit my checks from my couch I can take care of ALL my banking needs whenever or wherever I am Thank you SFFCU Great time saver

If it did not work for you in the past give it another try now It works great especially the mobile check deposit It works on my iPhone 4 5S and iPad2 It takes three days for the deposit to go through but they give you some partial funds immediately Love that It works great now

On my iPhone I find if I go into the double button tap menu on my iPhone I can close the app out and reopen it to reset the freeze that happens Other than that this app is fantastic and allows me to everything I need Troubles freezing
