Love what sharkeys has done to revamp its menu That being said the app isnt very user friendly In comparison to Blaze Pizza El pollo loco app which i consider 2 of the best the sharkeys one is definitely subpar         Great food terrible app Thisbenick

Found out when in the store they changed the app Downloaded new app tried to sign in it asked for a card which I do not have Tried to email help within the app and it came back undeliverable Tried to create a new account and it threw an error because I already have an account with that email Tried to reset my password and to find my user name with that same email address and it said an account does not exist These folks need to figure it out     Worst rewards experience kcarps

I know my user name and password but as you put that info in it asks you for your card number I put that in and it still won t log me in or send me the link to reset my password finally I knew there is a bug on this app that doesn t allow you to log in and view your rewards or order online this app needs some work         Can t log in Wb2288
