With the latest update I am not able to log in via the app I am able to log in using the same username and password via the web site Cant log in

The only reason I give 3 stars is because the app is great if it works 99 of the time you can not login and it is very very buggy it seems like a work in progress that really needs some touch ups Please fix these errors especially the ones for logging on The concept is great but

Only good thing about this app is it tells me my schedule Anything else doesnt work Especially loading of messages I get s lot of work messages and I can never see them through the app it just never loads Messages
The interface is totally messed up Theres a bunch of garbled buttons at the top half the buttons dont work and instead of a menu it looks like all of the pages are stacked on top of each other to make one long page Totally not usable App is broken
I am a manager and I wish I could set the app to default to shift overview instead of my shifts The app always works though so at least I do get the info Im looking for after a few taps scrolling through a list and a couple more taps Very basic could be improved a lot
Dont like that I cant see my messages after the newest update Also I dont like having to log on to a computer to change my availability If I could do that on the app itd be great Ehh

Not a big fan of this app overall It is functional but I wish it incorporated more user controllable features I would like more seamless integration with the existing calendar app on iOS as well as the ability to set a default schedule on the mobile app I would like to be able to set my default schedule to schedule overview rather than it default to my personal scheduled shifts Works okay
Since the last update there are problems clocking in and out GPS doesnt seem to work on phone and its needed with this app when clicking inout Please fix this ASAP as it affects us at work Time clock

This app is terrible Its essentially the same as the web mobile page you get when using safari The app is one of the most important features of this type of service Overall Im about 75 happy with the web version but takes some training to use It works but get ready for WhenIWork when they release their monthly option Step up Shiftplanning and focus Needs Help

Overall I have found the shift planning app very useful to keep track of my schedule on my smartphone The only change I would recommend would be adding the day of the week onto shifts on the dashboard I constantly find myself switching between this app and my calendar app to divulge what day of the week correlates with the number date on the dashboard to plan my week Useful app
It takes forever to go past the first screen it seems like its stuck on loading Start up

When I need to choose somebody to release the shift to I doesnt let me check the box with their name or any box for that matter Also I cant see everyones schedule The schedule for the whole day and see who is all working that day Shift release problem
Support needs to be added for iPhone 6 and 6 Plus accommodate for your customers with a larger screen size there is nothing more annoying when a company isnt uptodate with the changing screen size of the mobile industry Support
Prior to the update there was a messages tab now after the update there is no more messages tab Everything else seems to work fine Messages tab
