Dropdown menus are blank so there is no way to select alternatives to the defaults eg I live in the United States but I cannot change my location from the default UK entry Please fix this was an expensive mistake Thank you     Has promise but currently useless

Great idea Not quite flexible enough for many types of professional résumés If a category is not wanted you are forced to use it anyway Several lists like the skills force you to fill out all the items wether or not you need to You cant have more or less than the number they specify I have no home phone yet leaving that field blank leaves a blank line next to the phone icon Everything should be optional and the generated output should intelligently adapt They desperately need occupationally appropriate templates A template that works well for a hand model is woefully inadequate for an IT Administrator It needs to output an HTML file to be useful as a web page PDF files are ok sometimes But a web page would really be good It would also be editable        Much unrealized potential

Amazing But I cannot choose Taiwan as my country info Please add Taiwan as one of the country selections and I will give this app 5 stars Thx              No Taiwan to choose

I paid 5 for four themes Not sure how I feel about that but it looked slick I wish it were more customizable though Im a PhD student and my field takes itself very seriously Prospective employers wont look kindly on cute pictures and fluffy words I need more space for publications and training experiences but I cant I like the idea of entering my info once and getting customized layouts easily Unfortunately this app squanders a really good idea with its limitations and apparent lack of vision I hope the future brings some massive updates or I will forever doubt the wisdom of Apples recommended apps page           Mehneeds a lot more for the price

Like the layouts and it has so much potential but greater flexibility is required Need to be able to omit certain fields toggle them on or off etc Otherwise looks great           Needs greater options

This App has incredible potential Im an infographic nut so I might be hard to please Resumes look so sweet when there all done and it only takes 20 minutes or so to crank one I mean four out Needs more templates and easier editing capabilities No cursor is a little awkward but the no within text editing is just plain cumbersome Cant wait to see whats next Dont be stalling me out guys              A Tad Wonky

If you dont fill out a field it shouldnt include it in your resume And if you need to add a new job you have to reenter all your jobs it wont reorder them chronologically when you change the dates           Needs to be more flexible

The app is pretty awesome but there is too much constraint and too little selection template selection Only 3 designs is not good enough Too many job categories exist in this world to be funneled into 3 different categories There are also some user interface downsides You cant move content into different locations the design is fixed which some might comfortable with What if the text doesnt fit and its not clear when you want to leave fixed content fields out That part isnt that clear If youre moving into a creativedesign field this is probably not good for you Dont Buy because you should be designing youre resume in InDesign or Illustrator If you need something quick dont mind spending 7 and youre good with the 3 templates shown in the preview I say Try It yet dont expect an award winning designed app This app has all the potential of becoming a life changing app for the public but the developers really need to step up their game        Great Beginning Will They Add More

Great concept Resume designs were eye catching and appeared to be appropriate The downside was zero room for customization The location design seemed odd and large for something as simple as location Although it mentions something about CVs the interface seemed more akin to resumes and not the volume of data typical for CVs The interface for entering education also seemed more useful for entering a job and less for education     Good concept poor execution

Design wise theres no other résumé template app and for this alone it is the only app I use to write my resume and my friends resumes however there are a few typos that dont allow you to correct yourself such as if you choose owl for the animal you would be if you were an animal it will write I would be a owl instead of I would be an owl Download it anyway though because you have mostly animals that do not begin with vowels to choose from and this app is just too useful to pass up              Almost perfect

My only complaint is that Ive had this app for quite some time but I have yet to see any new layouts These types of layouts are absolutely wonderful Just what you need to catch the eye of those reviewing so many mundane resumes Hope to see some new options soon              Great concept Needs more layouts

Basically youre paying for a wrapper around 3 templates and the opportunity to buy more Not a great value Templates look great at first glance but are a bit gimmicky though some may consider that an advantage        Limited

This is a good app but it needs work I live in the US where we spell favorite without a u after the o And the ability to remove fields or rename fields and customize them would make this a 5 star app Looks like Ill be doing this in Photoshop for now        Needs language support

Great templates The app just needs the flexibility to let the user change colors delete categories add separate columns for certificates work history and college degrees None of this stops the app from being a great way to produce a stunning resume maker                 Unique Wonderfully Designed

The résumé this app creates are pretty awesome The only problem is the app sometimes struggles with formatting if what you write isnt the exact right length              Pretty awesome concept

If you really need a job dont buy this app because you wont be able to replace your ipad when you break it in frustration Besides not being able to take retarted questions off the resume like what kind of an animal would you be The interface to get the keyboard to pop up is terrible I must have touched the screen an average of 92 times for every time I wanted to write or correct a new line     Hmmm

Love the apt it is fresh and new and alive with great colors it pops I filled out the freeby and just loved the way it looked on the 699 one I turn in multiple resumes for my writing career so this will come in handy for various types of writing jobs that I need to tailor for each one I would like to see more flexibility in the layout at least make it allowable to add a few of your own features in each category All in all pretty good app Well done guys              Far

This app is useless because it assumes that you have worked or had education in 5 companies or schools Why am I required to fill five careereducation fields when I only need one or two Not everyone have such a long history In conclusion this app is useless unless they edit it I really hope they do because the idea is great but the execution is wrong                 Useless

Pros Creates beautiful resumes Easy to use navigate and enter data Gives advice and guidance on what to write No data loss when moving between it and other apps Cons Since there are only four resume design options so far youre essentially paying over a dollar a template which seems a bit steep Does have glitches and even slight deviation from entry requirements can ruin the readability of the final product You can only save as an image print a hard copy or email as a pdf no editable text option available           Beautiful Work In Progress

I love charts and dashboards so I really wanted this to work for me so I can attach it with my resume on job boards I wish I could upload a text file to avoid all the data entry because it is nearly impossible to enter manually What a waste of 499     Data entry is poor to unavailable

Just paid 499 for what is supposed to this great app First developer states if downloaded today all templates included first pop up when launching first time offers me the opportunity to purchase the templates for after clicking off this offer app crashed and every time after that DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY     Misleading and crashes every time

I just spent good money on this app IT WONT OPEN It has crashed six times in a row on a brand new iPad mini Beware If the designer can help me fix this problem Ill pull this review It looks good But it doesnt work     Shine keeps crashing

Only 4 layouts and doesnt adjust to paragraphs typed in Who cares about what type of animal you would be and the milestones area takes up way to much room You need to adjust to what matters     Zero

The Good templates are crafted well looks are pleasing to the eye The Bad misspelled words like Organisation fields are not easy to access or customize not enough options concerning fields like likes dislikes animals etc would be better if fields dimensions were more customizable andor movable           Great idea but not well developed

UPDATE With a wish and a prayer and a reboot I was able to save a JPG and email a PDF Upgrading from one to three stars Original review Crashes every first time I attempt to open it each time I tap preview every single time I go to save or send a resume AND the text fields take an average of 10 taps before I can get into an active stage where it lets me edit them Theres also a number of fields that refuse to be optional example I dont have a landline this is 2014 a lot of us dont Can you tell Im frustrated I have nothing to show for these last two hours as the app has not let me print or share or save my resume           Epically frustrating but it worked

Dont waste your money the idea is intriguing but ultimately there are not enough flexibility in the templates to produce anything useful     Not good
