Shortcuts HD

This is a modification of my previous review Initially I could not get the app to work on my iPad iMac hence the one star I eventually got the app to work after several reinstalls of the app and the Server component on my iMac I wrote the support people at iGlobe and found them to be very responsive and helpful I had made several suggestions one of which was the fact that their shortcuts were for Photoshop CS 5 and not the current version I did receive an almost immediate response from them indicating that they would make a CS 6 version available shortly I later went back into the app to see if the CS 6 version was there and again experienced some problems accessing the in app purchase function I wrote them again explaining that I was having problems and could not get into the in app purchase section of the app and that it crashed here They again responded asking me if I had done this on the 24th of April which I did They explained that coincidentally I was trying to access this function while it was being changed in the iTunes store to reflect the addition of the CS 6 shortcuts This is obviously beyond their control I waited a few days and ran the app again on my iPad This time I was able to access the in app purchases and did purchase the CS 6 shortcuts set I am quite pleased to say that they work perfectly and have raised my rating to four stars I will up the rating to 5 stars after some more testing and when I see the addition of some additional shortcuts sets hopefully for Lightroom 5 when it comes out of beta I have also sent a few more requests as the list is a bit limited at this time Overall I must say that the people at iGlobe are very responsive and want to make this app as good as possible As I mentioned the concept is great as there is no way I could remember all the shortcuts It is just as easy to use this app as it is to consult a printed list The good part is that you only have to press the shortcut key in the app and the action is immediate in Photoshop Finder Safari and iTunes They also confirmed to me that the Microsoft Word Mac shortcuts are the same for my version 2008 as the current version 2011 My recommendation is to give it a try You will get hooked on it              Great Concept and it works as advertised
