Show me on my wrist

Its Spring in New York Walking home a woman approaches me on the sidewalk The setting sun reflects off the IonX glass of my 42mm Aluminum w White Sport Band and catches her eye She pauses in front of me Is that an Apple Watch she asks I raise my wrist and say Indeed What can it do she asks All sorts of things I respond as I press the Digital Crown Show me she says with a knowing smile I launch the app and offer her my wrist She pauses for a moment to take in the minimal elegance of the user interface She taps the Search button looks me in the eyes and says True Love It takes less than a second to load but I assure you it is the longest moment of my life We look down expectantly at the image and its a photograph of us I am incredulous She takes my hand steadies my wrist and turns the Digital Crown We watch as images of our life to be fly past first date first kiss birthdays anniversaries children Our entwined hands fall We look at each other and there are no words There is no need for them We turn and walk in to the setting sun Thank you Douglas                 Only in New York
