I second what Mr Knowitall said Every word of it My 8year old daughter got this as a gift from my sister her aunt Downloaded the app and it wouldnt work Wouldnt go back etc Went to the website and it was down Then I come here looking for some customer servicereviews and I see another review from a year ago that the website was down back then Not cool at all Doesnt work and website is no longer up

This app does not work at all which makes the device useless The Ack button does not work The microphone does not come over the speakers Can not even use the trial songs so why purchase any songs A lot of work is left to get this product to work properly If you are going to advertise that it works with so many platforms of the iPod and iPhone maybe you should do some testing of your own instead of using others to do your beta testing My recommendation is anyone who is thinking of purchasing this dont unless you feel like waiting for someone to dig their heads from rectum to fix all the bugs I bought this as a Xmas gift for a now very disappointed son Steer clear of this product ZERO stars Mr Knowitall
