Shutterfly for iPad

My first photobook ever Easy to do and good choices with album cover font font size to make this a do again experience Anna                 photobook

Where did the delete picture option go PLEASE BRING IT BACK        Delete option

I get annoyed when an app shows a number indicating some sort of notification and then no matter what I do it doesnt go away Other than that I enjoy the app           App Glitch

Ever since the recent update I cant even log into my account on the app An error message pops up Error email andor password incorrect Ive checked my email and password on my computer and it is fine Please fix this update so I could log on     Bad update

I loved products I think they do an excellent job and very happy but I called to cancel an order and it wasnt easy A little disappointed           Lack of communication

Very disappointed in the lack of ability to delete uploaded photos on the iPad with the latest version Overall use was easier on the prior version     Unable to delete photos

There is no slideshow option no way to upload to folders on the iPad it only allows to upload new photos no S and no delete option Ugh     Bring back old features

Shutterfly seemed to have moved three steps backwards with the latest update You cant delete photos on the iPad version You cant tell what photos were previously uploaded And you cant delete albums either Please bring these features back        Horrible upgrade

I used to love everything about this app now it is a chore to use I cant figure out how to make a new album which was easy before Why did you mess with a good thing     Unuseable

Very simple you navigate this app love all the things it offers                 Simple to use app

You used to have checkmarks or an S by pictures that had already been added to albums These checkmarks are no longer there This makes it extremely difficult to figure out which pictures need to be downloaded from my iPhone or iPad to an album Will you please bring the checkmarks back as soon as possible It makes absolutely no sense to have deleted them     What Happened

The current and latest update makes the Shutterfly mobile app difficult and uncomfortable to use The app does not allow a picture or album to be deleted A second step involves going on a computer to the full website to delete I was hoping to use my iPad to be able to move pictures within an album and cannot do that either The choices of album icons are tiny and its easy to hit the cancel icon instead of the choices listed Also as I consider myself a techie with my iPad I find it on the difficult side to make photo books on Shutterfly mobile photo story The layout icon does not have enough choices to make appropriate size layouts Very disappointed with the current version and its limitations     Disappointed August 20 2015

Is there any part of any Shutterfly app that actually works     Where do I begin

I have been having issues with this app for MONTHS and nobody at Shutterfly seems to realize this I cant get past clicking on one of my albums before this thing crashes I desperately need to free up space on my Apple devices but cant until I can confirm pictures are on my account Yall are making me crazyPLEASE fix this     Helloooo Shutterfly anybody home

App keeps saying connect with iTunes to receive push notifications How am I supposed to do that Thought I was already connected Shows 1 notification also but no where to check notifications or make it go away Help        App keeps giving message but I dont know how to fix

The most recent update to this app is TERRIBLE You cant delete or edit a photo from your iPad or iPhone The new set up is not user friendly at all Please revert back to the way the app was before     Terrible update

Every time I hit my photos the app closes Would like to be able to show friends photos I have put on Shutterfly Extremely frustrating     Wont stay open

The button to start a slideshow has been removed Why This is a photo manager Cant believe that Shutterfly would go out of their way to remove such a fundamental feature So be aware of this if u choose to update I have since received an email from Shutterfly customer support They say there are no plans to add the slideshow button any time in the near future     Slideshow option removed

The newest version fixed the refreshing problem however it took away some valuable features like the capacity to rename album and delete pictures Still missing is a way to browse Shutterfly share sites not just the totality of albums why create a share site if then you cannot access it This app still needs a lot of improvement they should look at what FlickStackr is doingnow that is an awesome app Bottomline is that you are still much better you accessing the Shutterfly website through a browser           Need a lot of improvement

Before August 18 I was so excited that Shutterfly for iPad easily allowed me to delete photos as I looked at them particularly since Im sorting through over a thousand wedding photos The August 18 upgrade destroyed this ease of deletion The August 25 upgrade did not fix it I dont know if I will continue with my project and order over 400 worth of products I may switch to Snapfish instead Please fix Shutterfly so that I can delete as I look at the photos on my iPad and finish my project     Terrible upgrade please revert

With the prior version you were able to see what pictures had already been uploaded Why remove that Hopefully thats an oversight that will be corrected        Lost ability to see whats already on shutterfly

The new photos do not show up in the designated albums on my iPad even though they are clearly there when I open Shutterfly on my laptop I have to reload the darn app after each uploading of photos Anybody have a way around this     Boy is this app bad now

Ive had major problems trying to edit and collate pics for an album This has not been user friendly     Needs a very good tutorial

After the upgrade I cant access my pictures via the app I am able to log in the website but the app doesnt recognize my account I called customer support and they are not able to explain why either What a joke Deleted the app If theres a 0 star Id give this app a 0     Xnhi

I log in but cannot see my shutterfly photos or albums shared with me I had to download the iPhone app to see photos on shutterfly     Cannot see uploaded photos on shutterfly

This app is incredibly disappointing and unbelievably frustrating I am a big fan of Shutterflycom they have always been my goto source for getting my pictures developed I no longer own a computer though so in order to upload my photos to their website I was instructed to download this dreadful app It forcecloses literally every time I try to adjust my account settings Often it wont even open the tab where I can access the information I had no issues getting my photos onto the app but whenever I attempt to edit the photos or move them around I run into error messages and more forcedcloses All I want to do is develop some pictures I feel like this is something I should be able to do easily without a computer to get the pictures from It seems like other people have had a rough time using this app Shutterfly please get it together     Pretty terrible

I like the app it is good for convenience but I also use the website for designing things I have been using Shutterfly for over 10 years and I love it I have recommended it to friends and family              Good

The slideshow feature was a key reason to have shutterfly on iPad in the first place Please bring it back           What No slideshow

Ill keep my comments brief however I have a large number of complaints 1 Difficult to upload photos 2 Repeated crashes 3 Lack of directions or intuitive programming 4 Lack of status updates once you do get it to start uploading photos In general for such a great website I truly expected more Ill have to figure out a workaround to get the photos I want uploaded to the website and Ill probably not bother with this app again until major changes are made     Very difficult to navigate

Could you please add the ability to run a slide show from an iPhoneiPad as well as the ability to share photos with my contacts Every time I attempt to share photos my contacts get a blank email        Why cant I run a slide show or share with my contacts

We have been using Shutterfly for about 8 years to get photos and make memory books We have been very pleased withe the results and super customer service                 Memories

The update seems to have done away with the slideshow of your different albums This was my favorite feature of the app        Please Bring Back the Slideshow Feature

I agree with the other comments please bring he upload new photos back Or give an EASYGOING option to transfer my 4 years of pics in shutterfly to a new program This is a horrible upgrade     Go back

While uploading has been marginally improved the latest version has destroyed useful email sharing feature For one can no longer select all images in an albummust tap each individuallyand two email sharing downloads and attaches to native email This is no good when there are too many images for attachment limits Bring back behavior of sharing a download link via email and include a Select All button so I dont have to individually tap dozens of photos to be shared        Bring back sharing options

Extremely poor functionality Unclear whether its possible to organize photos ie move them between folders Doing so is superbasic functionality The app in general is clunky     Piece o junk

The functionality of the app is great very user friendly But I spent all night trying to upload edit and place my order because the app kept freezing up Too aggravating even for free pics           Freezes

Shutterfly must have upgraded automaticly and when I went on it today I saw all my IPad pictures on itwhich I dont want Some are pictures that I wouldnt really share I called and they showed me how to turn the auto upload off but tonite my latest pictures are uploaded to Shutterfly NO DELETE do not like        Dont like upgrade

As soon as I click on the app it says something about loading the store then just crashes This happens every time     Doesnt work

This app falls short in so many ways 1 I cannot save from the app to my iPhone although I can from the app to my iPad WHY 2 Where is the link to upload to Instagram I can upload to Facebook and other applications but I want Instagram It is a paint to have to save the photo from my iPad and then upload to Instagram On my phone I have to either email myself the photo or send it in a test message save it to my phone and then send it to Instagram If these are MY photos I should be able to move them around wherever I want however I want        Falls short
