The app is useful around Chicago and when I travel More accurate than radio at times Has had trouble loading and reloading recently however              Very useful

Its so bad so inaccurate The website is ok on a desktop but skip this app Its terrible     Garbage

If you live in LA Orange or Riverside County you need this app You can get an overview of regional traffic by looking at the map or detailed info by selecting the freeway you will be driving on It is not confusing at all                 Great Traffic App for SoCal

73114 definitely worse I get on LBJ with construction and its backed to jack and theres no indicators About as reliable as a pimp visiting his parole officer Looks like it works better aft the update Whewhowever expect a 10 minute delay does not mean 40 minutes Just say expect a delay My god     Works

This app is a waste of time It used to be good and right on the mark By the time this thing actually updates to give you current traffic youre already sitting in it Theres better options out there Whoever created their app made their money that they were looking for and then gave up on it     Doesnt update enough

Beware of green Ive noticed when traffic at a complete standstill the app will say its green Also I commute everyday I pass the accident long before the app updates to warn you     Useless app doesnt update

I subscribe to Sigalert on an annual basis so that I can preprogrammed routes and access them from the app All of a sudden Im getting Oops errors every time I try to use it and the map wont load at all even when on WiFi or full LTE I actually deleted the app tried to reinstall but the app wont even start to download now I just renewed my subscription and am now feeling like it was a waste of 20 Not sure if the app developers havent updated this for iOS 8 or what but the app is useless for me in its current condition     App is useless now

I rely on traffic apps for my commute Its almost always wrong It says there is traffic when the road is wide open And there are supposedly updates quite frequently but I dont get it Im deleting the app     Almost always wrong

This app has more glitches and problems than it does useful information It would be a great app if it ever worked like it is designed to but unfortunately it just refreshes every12 seconds making it impossible to even find your route much less see what is on it     Would be great if it worked as designed

I was traveling from North Carolina to Florida today and thought I would need help navigating I95 going south This app seem to do a pretty good job of navigating me through some trouble spots but when I got three quarters of the way through South Carolina the app told me that I could only track as far as Charleston SC So I was left in the cold when it came to traveling through Georgia and Florida How can you offer an app that only covers part of the country Im so glad I did not pay for this app     Where are Georgia and Florida

Seems to not be very accurate at all Its failed me miserably when I saw traffic was good then ended up in traffic going no more than 5mph Iphone 5c     Inaccurate

This app used to be the best but now its so faulty Too many errors and glitches When I click on the camera it bounces me back to the app When I try to click on the red diamond alerts it bounces me back to the map Over the last year it seems that Sigalert is no longer the best Someone needs to update it and make sure it works correctly     Worst app now

Ive been using this app and website for years And Im paid member I love it and I cant do my job done without this Im limo driver in LA There use to be too many buttons all over screen and covered map but not anymore Last thing irritating me is that it sowed your location service is off Turn it on for Every time I turn this app I have reasons to not turn location service for Sigalert Once is enough Dont tell me what I do about location service every time I turn on app              Location off

I heavily rely on this app daily Perhaps I take it for granted But too many times have I entered bumpertobumper freeway traffic while the app still shows GREEN The updatesrefreshes need to occur more frequently Sometimes a backed up exit lane can throw off the accuarcy as well           Needs More Accuracy

The app glitches every like 5 seconds When I scroll down to find my exit it refreshes and sends me back to the top before I can even get to the exit Tried closing and reopening the app and nothing helps Would also help if it told you the accidents info so you could see if it was new or old accident like it used to        Glitchy

It shows traffic where you are now but you need to log in to theyre web site using a computer to set up a route That kind of defeats the purpose of a mobile app        Kind of useless

Update Nov 2014 Big gray screen instead of the coverage map on iPhone 4s running iOS 8 Boo I use this app five days a week and its behavior is erratic When it functions as expected it is great and saves me the stress of sitting in traffic longer than I need to But the app is buggy Maps partially load and at other times do not load at all portions of freeways are coded red for heavy traffic when in fact the reverse is true and the app crashes if you leave it running in the background for more than 90 minutes With the last update the app creators also removed much of the incident details surrounding accidents and ramp closures what you see in the third screenshot above Where they used to list the issue plus CHP or tow truck updates for an accident now they only list the bare bones of info data anyone listening to the traffic report on their local radio station could get I used that info to determine whether I continued on that freeway or detoured to surface streets It was a valuable tool that now is gone           Useful appwhen it behaves

Used to work but lately Ive noticed road closures in SoCal not appearing on app and accidentsslow traffic not reporting either Ive experienced several times where road was green or yellow and traffic was at a crawl or dead stop Not worth the risk there are better apps out there        Lost its accuracy

The app worked well the first few months but then started behaving erratically such as not responding when I tapped on it to view incident details or showing yellowlight orange for roads that are basically a parking lot Its become flaky and totally unreliable        Unreliable

We love this app We always check it before we head out I live in north county in San Diego and the 5 is always backed up So it allows me to choose the the freeway or Coast Hwy when needed I recommend it all of my friends and family I like the live updates                 Dont leave home without it

Decent app for traffic although I have noticed it isnt very accurate it will say the roads R green when its a parking lot and vice versa also the link to accident info on the map crashes often        Ok when its acurate

This iswas a great app however ever since the last update it wont stop nagging about the app being set to not track your location Yes I know I have tracking disabled I simply dont want to share that information and you nagging me about it will only force me to find another app no matter how good the app is It is my right not to share my location so back off                 Tracking is Disabled popup needs to go

This app is awesome Me and my dad had to get home from Vallejo CA to Windsor CA on thanksgiving weekend and traffic was gridlock We got on parts of the freeway when it was smooth and took back roads when it was gridlock thanks to sigalert We saved hella time                 Awesome traffic app

This is a great app except for one new flaw In the details of an incident there is now translations of the shorthand used by CHP These translations are actually confusing It was easier to read before all the s appeared The glossary works very well to figure out any shorthand Especially when the translation is incorrect These translations appear to be computer inserted and cannot tell if a shorthand is necessary Example The word or is used as or But the translation stuck in Order Number I know that is minor but that is just an example of 1 error I saw this morning           Great App but

Despite living in an area of 300000 people with traffic jams on an hourly basis this app tells me that I am outside its coverage area Gee its nice to know that unless I live in Vegas or Sacramento I dont exist Useless piece of junk     Pointless
