Too much is locked behind a very expensive pro lock No way to just quickly set a solid color for the ground or sky Edge lines arent shown Rendering is a little glitchy and menus open with weird animation           Pro Locked

Doesnt work with Dropbox     Waste of time

I gave up on Solidworks years ago SketchUp gives me the ability to send viewable drawings to anyone in the world For years Ive been yearning for the same skp capability on my iPhone Having to convert SketchUp native files into some other format is time consuming space wasting and awkward Every few months I search for viewers that can read and render skp files directly Last night I came across Sight Space I installed it downloaded a small skp file and for the first time ever saw a Sketchup drawing the way its supposed to look Custom and Photo realistic textures transparencies and all After I figured out what I needed from the endless buffet of 2 features I thought l had the app Ive been waiting years for Unfortunately while small drawings open in an acceptable time larger ones even those already stored on the device take so long to load everybodys gone home had dinner and is halfway through a Netflix movie before they become visible the sound of crickets would be appropriate here The program is extremely useful for small drawings but useless for anything larger than a few megabytes 5 stars go to the programmers 1 gets taken away for the marketing smorgasbord of purchasable options and one for the deathly amount of time it takes drawings to open           Finally

Easiest way to load a file Save model as a kmz file Email KMZ file to yourself Open email on iPhone and hold down the attachment A dialog box will open and allow you to choose Sightspace              Opening files

Cool App I was only able to get one of three of my apps to open Then I paid 199 to download models from the 3D Warehouse only to find that after 5 total downloads you must buy more space This app has LOTS of potential but taking my 199 was unfair BE VERY CAREFUL if youre not willing to spend the 3999        Be Careful

After viewing three models the app stops working The message says you have five models loaded two come with the app and must upgrade to view more Removing previous models does not change the message and now the app doesnt work at all without putting more coins in the machine Bad app bait switch tactics My advise is to stay away from these guys Greed is ugly     No big deal

Wanted to use this for client meetings with dragging my laptop to every meeting Tried uploading from Dropbox but Sketchup models are skp files What are kmz files Cant really go anywhere with the program without purchasing addons     Doesnt work

It is a good app and it is well done and it is easy to connect but who is going to pay twenty dollars for a little thing like augmented reality It may be good for some people but Im not going to use this much so I am not buying augmented reality for such an insane price I could gust photoshop it in using Adobe Photoshop     1999 for purchases

I have a rather simple model but when I load it I keep getting errors saying out of resources This is on a new iPad Air2 64gb Kinda pointless app if I cant even load simple models from sketchup Uninstalled        Well at least its free kinda

If you want to see your work in real life like I did this app does not disappoint Even the free version is good for viewing work without a laptop                 This is awesome

Program wouldnt load a 20MB file on my iPad 4 complaining about resources I restarted iPad and file loaded successfully Performance is laggy Twofinger rotate doesnt work as expected making navigation tricky Perhaps it would be useful for very small models but for architecture it is not ready        Slow unintuitive

Way better than SketchUps own app They dont have scenes This app does You need internet connexion there You dont need for this app Just Plug your iPad into your comp and drag and drop within iTunes That itself makes it better I like this app However it crashes if you have other apps open              What I wanted

Unable to load and view models on a 16g iPad 3 that has plenty of storage available Great idea but just doesnt work for a professional model Shouldnt have to simplify your model to show to a client when your livelihood is based on communicating complex ideas to laypeople        Nice idea but wont open models

VERY GOOD for visualizing a model in Sketchup You can pan and orbit around the model Best way to upload is by uploading model into Dropbox and opening it inside the app It also tempts you with a lot of features like adding notes taking screenshots etc these you have to pay for Im considering buying the full version eventually for now I just need the ability to pan around the model and it works great                 Robotiker

I downloaded this app to get access to and view SKP files on Trello while away from the office The app downloaded and installed seamlessly I was able to access a SKP file on Trello and open it in the app Navigation around the model works fine I needed a snapshot to send to Trello for others to view so I purchased the photo option The app took a photo and saved it in the SKP files inapp album but when I tried to save it to the iPhones photo album no image was saved After several attempts I gave up and took a phone screenshot and uploaded that instead You could probably email the photo to yourself and save it but thats annoying I wanted to access dimensions in the model For dimensions you have to buy the Pro version which comes at a 400 annual subscription Well that aint happening           Free version is good but inapp purchase did not work

This app wont work with older sketchup files     Only supports files made with sketchup 8

There is no way to import a model unless you pay for one of the upgrades So there is no way to even try the free version Misleading and very bad business     Misleading

My first tests of this app were good It has good DropBox integration and it can use SketchUp skp files directly without converting them to another format first However after testing a few files it requires me to purchase an upgrade I was below the 5 file limit but I deleted some anyway Purchase still required So I deleted all files Still the same problem It works when it feels like accepting files though However the UI is clunky It doesnt process rotating zooming and panning consistently Sometimes its fast other times slow as a snail File deletion is difficult too Clicking on a file to delete it opens it instead about 75 of the time        requires purchase to load files buggy

I am unable to click the buttons AR Notes Bookmarks and Photos     Unable

I originally gave the app only one star since it didnt appear to geolocate a 3d model properly It looks like the issue is that it doesnt calibrate the GPS before dropping the 3d model into the camera view If you run another app such as Runkeeper that keeps the GPS active it solves the problem There should be an option to recenter on the model or reset the model view in order to get a new GPS fix           Edited my review
