Ive used this app for 3 events and I cant do without it Im a serious list maker this does all the work for me Thank you app developers You must try the email invitation option within the app its beautiful and I received great responses from my guests Also Im using the app for more than just parites Im using it for meetings pretty much any gatheringevent Works great the developers are very responsive to queries Thanks again                 Cant do without

I not only love the way this app functions I love the clean and elegant look the designers gave it The other party apps I looked at are not as useful and are designed atrociously I love the way there is a place for not only guest rsvp but menu shopping lists and anything else you might need for your party planning Im also excited for the update that will allow for guests to be added without them first being in your contact list                 Great app great design

This application works great and helps me tremendously when planning parties This is a simple easy to understand app that I would recommend to anyone planning a party Saves me time and effort I have two suggestions though 1 Separate the Decor and Favors section to where party favors can be a whole separate section 2 I appreciate that I can make notes on the guests Please allow the user to make notes on every aspect of the party Thanks for a great party planning app              Nice Application

Of all the party planning apps I looked at this one has the most useful features Improvements I would suggest include being able to add dates to the todo list ideally then syncing this with my calendar and being able to order them in a countdown list one month before one week before day of etc I know as a party planner you make lists like that The main info page could certainly look a little more elegant less like a form and should have a countdown feature two weeks until your Cookie Swap The email invitation isnt too bad but could be a lot snazzier In general its a very useful appjust needs a little polishing especially for a more than 99cent application           Good start

this app lost my entire guest list i reentered all the guests and the next day they were all gone again i am disappointed and want a refund     simple soiree

The very best party planning app Ive tried Covers all the bases and is easy and fun to use Also comes with a great customer support team I look forward to the planned updates                 Great App

Until this app is capable of allowing me to input quantities and dollar amounts for my lists I cant say ths is a do it all app It would be awesome if I could use the app as a budgeting tool Secondly it would be great if theres a way to tally children and adults separately Great start Keep going           Missing one very important capability

This is the second year I have used this app for my holiday party Was nice to duplicate the party and reuse revise all the lists An iPad interface would be very helpful during the planning stages Also the ability to sync more than one device through the site To keep a spouse or other coplanner up to date on whos coming what groceries still need to be purchased etc It could even be used for planning large potluck gatherings Each person could see what the others are bringing so the party doesnt end up all desserts and potato casseroles A time table gantt chart for the to do lists with calendar interface would be a huge help           Useful for holiday parties

This app is good so far however their could be some additions It would be nice if their was a way to show my budget and to type in prices for the things I need to buy Also a calculator for the size space you need based on the average number of people going to the event Please dont take away anything just add           Suggestions

The only useful feature is the guestRSVP list You cant group To Do lists you cant log in so the data is only on one instance of the app no tips or suggestions for planning or suggested schedule I got a new phone and lost all of my data        Basically an RSVP list

Good for organizing lists Would love if themes were added menu ideas decoration ideas etc Everything on this app I can do on a bunch of other apps I already own so Im kind of feeling buyers remorse It has the potential to be amazing though It would be neat to have themed invites too Showers baby and wedding girls nights bdays kids adults brunches clam bakes outdoor dinners CHECKLISTS with preinstalled items helpful if I overlook or forget something important with the ability to add and delete items Even better yummy recipes and cocktails Think epicurious meets Martha Stuart and this app would dominate all others If possible pictures kbs not MBs featuring ideasthemes Im looking forward to updates and added improvementsextras I have faith this app will eventually be one I will love to utilize        Eh Needs more fun stuff

I used this app to plan my family Christmas party It was tremendously helpful I was able to add tasks as I thought of them and check them off as I completed them I usually forget something but this time the party went off without a hitch I would like to see some enhancements such as tasks that have to be done one month before the day of and so forth also I would like to be able to see the entire menu on screen I emailed the company regarding the first enhancement request and was told theyre working on it Considering I wrote to them in the middle of the holiday season I feel the response time was excellent Keep up the good work              Planning a party You need this app

Its a bit complicated to plan with this app List setup is too weird and not able to list all ingredients in one food Awesome notes app does better job        Too basic

The only thing this app needs is the ability to sync with my iPad with an iPad version I would like to use it on both And I do agree that if we could share coordinator with another that would be better too Just a thought Besides that I love it              One missing piece

I host a lot of events both personal and for business This app has been very useful for creating an invite from your existing contact list and keeping everything very simple I had a small issue with not being able to recieved the invite myself and the support crew walked me through it until we discovered the problem which was on my end The support page said it would be a 24 hour turn around and they were back to me within the hour Thanks again for a great app                 Greatest invite app ever

I like the app but would like to see some improvements a a way to add categories to the menu screen b at least 23 formated invitations that can be printed out c maybe a list of themes for an event I enjoy having this app where I can think on the go and add to my plans via my iphone              I Like it

It def Has room for improvements Be nice if it had a feature to text all guests especially since in my contact list I dont have everyone email Addionally it would be great to not have guests limited to one email Or give you the option when adding guests to select email Many of my guests have more then one email But overall great app                 Its Great

I love lists This app really helps me organize all types of party needs from todos around the house to decor items I need to get from friends to food and other shopping lists Regarding the review that complains you cant break down menu items into a shopping list I disagree that its too simple I use the menu to list what Ill serve Grilled Chicken cornbread casserole strawberries cole slaw for example and with one click I can add those items to the shopping list which are purchasable in and of themselves strawberries chicken This simply saves a step in making my actual shopping list which includes obviously all of the ingredients for cornbread casserole and slaw In other words it works just fine Also all the functions I need for managing invitees are in place I like that photos are included and I especially like that I can change info for invitees that come from the contacts on my phone ie a contact in my phone might be Jennifer McGary but I can change it to McGary Family in my invite list so that the invite is addressed to the full family Pretty thoughtful function Overall a great app The only thing I might change would be to add more invite designs But the one provided is beautiful and works for some occasions Otherwise I use evite                 Great Functionality

Great app to keep myself organized when planning a party I would like to be able to just add a child to guest list without an adult in the running count This would help a lot when I have a bday party with family and classmates from my kids class              Great App but would like one thing to make greater

I tried many other party planning apps and this one is the most userfriendly The only this that is missing which to me is VERY important is a way to breakdown how many kids are coming and how many adults           Very useful

I am the person people call to plan parties at work and with the family The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because I would like to see an update allowing users to make multiple todo lists for a party such as 2 months before 1 week before etc because I plan a lot of wedding and shower events that require months of planning and would like a better way of organizing tasks in that manner              Great app almost perfect

Except for a small glitch while manually adding the last name of an invite the app works great But I will give it a five star rating once I am able to addmanage a party playlist through my music library and by list add a link and other details to listed items photos recipes of menu items phone numbers of caterers etc invite via Facebook And after all that Id bump up the price An app with all those features is well worth 499        Lots of suggestions

Great appbut when trying to plan my daughters party and create the guest list there is no option to just designate a guest as a child All of the kids we invited are listed as an adult and child so the total count is offalso it would be helpful if there was an option for creating a party day timeline agenda              Couple of suggestions

What a waste of money When you input info for the party you cant add time or date Pointless     What a waste

I like the way this app is designed its really easy to use Importing guests info from address book is so convenient Im using this app to plan my sons graduation party which is a potluck so I will be emailingexporting lists of what everyone is bringing Less stickynotes and fewer phone calls to make my life simpler and more organized Are there plans for an iPad version                 Love it

One suggestion at first blush in adding text from the keyboard certain fields such as names Where Address etc after a space character the SHIFT key should automatically activate Not all fields but selected ones Having to hit the shift key again and again is something of a bother              Promising

Im a team manager for a kids club soccer team and needed a way to track who could make it to what games I didnt want to make the parents accept Google Calendar invites Evites etc so I use this to track who responds to me verbally or thru email Saves me a lot of time After 5 minutes with the free Lite version I bought the full app After a day of using the full app I had a couple ideas that would make the app more useful to me and probably others too I emailed the support folks and got a response from a real person who took my ideas seriously This is how you do apps people Keep it simple keep it cheap and provide good support                 Works great for team managers too

I searched high and low for a good party planning app before I found this one Its much more functional than other apps in this category So far Ive used it for a few different parties with very large guest lists Im not sure what the other review here is talking about it works great for me                 This is a great app it saves time and keeps me organized
