This is a great app that allows me to write my musical thoughts down while Im at the piano There are many useful and easytouse features that make composing music a fun experience My only suggestion is that there is a feature that connects smaller notes eights etc with a bar to make them easier to read and more professional looking Small suggestion

Where are the other notes How do you get them Im trying to make a hard solo for myself and my violin but i cant seem to find the the other notes to go on the staff No

So there was a very limited number of potions before But now i dont even have any notes All that i have is a bunch of symbols like ã æ and a bunch of other weird stuff It was bad before but come on This is ridiculous Pretty bad

This app is literally perfect it was exactly what I was looking for until I found out that there are no drums I thing it would make it so cool if there was like a snare drum and bass drum and more Otherwise it is amazing but there should be a percussion update PERCISSION

The app is great and was doing everything I wanted it to but now it crashes after every new measure Fix the bug please Crashing Issues

This app is great for creating scores for songs up to six parts It gives you a large amount of tools and abilities It will also play the scores you created so you can preview how the song you are creating sounds I did however find an error With the guitar parts the player feature should play he notes at one octave lower compared to other concert instruments such as a piano In other words the middle C printed on the staff for a guitar would sound an octave lower than it sounds on the piano Other than that the app is perfect and a musthave for musicians Musthave for musicians

Hi guys again Remember my earlier comment where I wanted new instruments That was me And Im back to say that Im very happy with the update The only thing I really want is percussion That is the only thing I really want I dont mind waiting for it and if you cant add percussion its ok Im already happy with the new update So if you guys can then please try to make an update And thanks for making the update Hello

Many apps exist to amuse and pass time but few help to better ourselves Score Creator is a rare jewel I have a collection of music sheets that I want to learn but I lost the music reading ability decades ago By typing in the ensemble music notes myself I get to practice my recorder and flute playing with a virtual orchestra Plus I am relearning my music reading ability Score Creators most useful feature is the ability to change the key signature of the whole piece This allows me to practice different instrument to the same music Spend a few hours to type in your favorite music or your own creation and you will be richly rewarded with many hours of joyous playing A great practice partner

This is the best and easiest interface Ive seen in a composing app for quickly entering notes and lyrics Needs a way to overlap notes create chords needs to have rests and would be nice to export as PDF sheet music Great interface needs more features

The ads would be too distracting to my middle schoolers User interface is not quite seamless enough to warrant purchasing a class set Easy tap to add notes

I write for violin and viola but when I put the track as the alto clef the notes are in treble Please fix that because its a huge ordeal to transpose treble to alto on a long song Viola transpose

I found this app because I wanted to create a piano part for a piece even though there isnt one with it I got it and I love it so far especially the feature where I can have it play it to me It is great especially for being a free app Great app

I tried to send my grandma my song but I had to pay 5 for the whole song I emailed the short version to myself but it made my song shorter And that was the hard part 5 down the drain

I simply want to write out and play some of the melodies in my head and this app fits the bill perfectly It feels so intuitive more so than the similar apps I tried perfect for my purposes

I dont like that you can only do five measures per song without the full version Measures

I couldnt figure out how to use this app the video tutorials were no help Just wanted to compose some simple chords Gave Up

All of my music has changed Its in what almost looks like a code I dont know how it happened why or how I can fix it IF I can I just want my work back Please help me if you can This is not the first time this app has failed me There are too many weird bugs Please help I cannot describe how I feel

I love making great songs on this awesome app but theres this stupid bug that makes all half notes you add a dotted quarter note tied with a quarter note and all whole rests two dotted quarter rests and a quarter rest in 44 time in case you havent figured that out already and Im getting tired of changing it to make my song less laggy and whenever I backspace on a note the app crashes If you would PLEASE fix these problemsI will give you a fivestar rating instead of three Good but WHAT THE FUDGE

It is a good program for creating your own music on iDevice It has a lot of instruments to play so you can mix them together and make your song sounds better However theres NO INSTRUCTION on how to use the program and because of the program user interface are so difficult so Id to spend a couple of hours to discover it Hope you guys fix this problem Review from Garden Grove CA Need Program instructions

Took some time to figure it out but after that all was going well until I needed to make changes There seems to be no way to edit a score once youve saved it I wanted to play around with notes and timings cant find a way to do it Tried to contact the developer but the link takes to you a WordPress blog where comments have been disabled there is no way to contact the developer unless they care to read these comments But then it is only a oneway conversation Be happy asis no support

It needs more work There is a limit in tracks We need more instruments such as harp percussion and more woodwinds And we will be glad to use this app if there is more great things we could use in music Thank you for making this app and I am waiting for next update Thanks Great but

Been using it for about a week It lets me do some composing while Im out and about My only wish was that it allowed me to create pizzicato notes So far so good

This app has great potential If it allowed entering varying length triplets egquarter note dotted quarter eight it would be worth 5 stars Very promising

Really the only thing I would like is if there were horizontaldiagonal lines connecting two or four eighth notes or 16th notes because it is annoying having equal spacing between all of the notes Almost perfect

This would be really useful if I knew more about how these notes work so i cant really use it seeing how I have no idea what Im doing sadly great app though

First I just need to say that I wouldnt have done the recent update had I known it was going to add ads Second this app does exactly what I needed it to do Basically its like Finale but FREE Third SAVE OFTEN I was transposing and got many measures in and it closed After that when I got to the same spot it closed again but thankfully I had saved I think it was a bug because it did it specifically when I was adding the next note after changing the key signature back to 44 from 24 PS DS al coda coda signs etc work however they do not show up on the composition Awesome app

This app is awesome but it really needs some aesthetic and functionality additions First we need to beam the eighth sixteenth thirtysecond and sixtyfourth notes together so they arent separate notes Also we need dynamics In case you dont know what those are theyre the volume of a section We also need to be able to notate crescendos decrescendos DS Al Codas vibrato and pizzicato for stringed instruments Other than that a great app Needs Additions

No double sharps and double flats Not enough advanced notation I hope these will be added in the future On the bright side its very simple to use and has playback Better for synthesis and writing rough drafts than it is for making finished sheets NOT ENOUGH STUFF

When writing music sometimes the screen scrolls up so that the music is no longer visible please fix Bug Report

This app is great for writing music I encourage it for anyone especially if youre trying to be a song writer or something My request was when one of the options import from iTunes it would be magnificent if you could import a song you bought or downloaded and then it shows you the music in notes Last thing some of the instruments dont sound right The guitar doesnt sound like a guitar The violin doesnt sound like a violin So my favorite 2 are the Piano the Clarinet great app AWESOME APP GET IT a small request cx

As an avid music writer I think it is wonderful someone made an app that works like Finale of Musescorealbeit hard to find I think that this app should have more support for percussion tracks such as a drum set and more support for different kinds of ratio tuplets Great app

Its a good app nice graphics works well However I play the tuba and want to create pieces to play and the notes do not go low enough Notes
