I cant use this I wanted to use it to track things like sleep paper work time and other things It is not helpful because you cannot stop the clock when you have completed something It will go on to infinity I would like my money backI encourage whomever is considering this app to look elsewhere I actually would not give this any stars     You cant stop the clock

I use this to track things that happen repeatedly For example I have a category called Cat Food so I can figure out how long my cats food lasts and by touching the arrow on the right side it takes me to occurrences which keeps a history for all the occurrences you have recorded So I can look back and see if shes been eating more less or about the same amount and it helps me estimate when I should buy more cat food before I run out Its handy to keep track of things like haircuts when you last paid your bills when you last called or visited so and so etc Ive never set it to future dates as a reminder because I have other apps for that but for keeping track of how long its been since whatever this is a great app and deserves a higher rating than it currently has                 Great app to track repeating events
