Sixt car rental service and value still has no par As for the app they still have to make it more appealing and functional In my case the Show Barcode button does not work No Passbook integration yet Passbook still does not work

I use Hertz Avis Enterprise app as well as Sixt This app tops by far Its fast accurate and efficient It also gives the best price For instance when I got to an airport in Paris a day late from the US the most flights are redeyes and I forgot to add 1 day to start renting the lady at the Sixt counter gave me a quote more than double of my original booking I flipped my phone and used this app Within 30 secs I was able to book the same car with the same original price Best Car Rental App

Like their website the SIXT app is clumsy and not user friendly For example you cant look up your reservation using a confirmation number You have to have a SIXT member login which requires you to give them a credit card number before you book a reservation which is an accident waiting to happen The folks at SIXT really ought to look at some if the other online tools and apps and overhaul this application Clumsy unfriendly app

It simply doesnt work As soon as you start the app the iPhone 6 hangs and you cant even close the app you must restart the phone They have to update this ASAP The WORST

I have rented Sixt in Europe and in the US more than 12 times The speed of checkout is not as fast as Hertz or Eurocar but the cars a at least twice as pleasant to drive Mercedes has 18 model variants some I expect so difficult matching specific requests When they fail to have what I specified I have been upgraded 90 of the time They really need to improve customer service at some locations but I have a better overall experience The best inventory available

Sixt is a great place to rent cars From economical needs to luxury and leisure Sixt has you covered the Sixt app and website however are not providing an easy quality experience for Sixt customers MySixt will not allow many customers to login as registered users Not only is it frustrating but it is time consuming to continually request a new password that once obtained still will not allow access to the site as a registered user There are ways to login but one must discover these ins by trial and error and loss of valuable time Sixt App needs work
