Skrappy - Scrapbook & Photo Album for Digital Scrapbooking

This app is terrible Hard to use if you want a good scrapbooking app use Coolibah or scrap pad These apps are way better dont waste your money     Not happy

I loved this until the latest update Now its nearly impossible to save web images Before you just held down a finger Doesnt work anymore and web images are what I want this makes a great vision boarding tool if you can search and save images           Great until update

I am 65 and thought this would be way beyond me but it has been a breeze My wife and I love it It is so easy and it makes sharing photos from our motor home and boat outings so easy What a great way to keep and share our memories                 Love it

I still have not figured out some things but I love this app As I have time to play with it I discover more and more things I love it                 Fantastic

I absolutely love this app I used to scrapbook but no longer have the time This app has brought scrapbooking back and is so so easy to use I love that I can add video and my childrens voices to narrate I never rate my apps but I feel strongly about this app and I give it 5 stars                 Best app ever

This is the scrapbooking app I LOVE to use and its developers are very responsive I love the ease of placing and tweaking each element and my scrapbook pages look wonderful When saving can the pages be higherquality and can the app be updated to be iPad Retinaready Thanks              I use this

I am so glad there is such a fun application to scrapbook on my iPad The more I use it the more creative ideas I come up with Because I can not yet add clip art to your library I opened a clip art scrapbook and organize by page When I need I just copy and paste I am looking forward To you updates A fan                 Spool much fun

Great Appvery versatile and easy to use It is extremely user friendlyI can even import png files that I have saved into the photo file and use as imported elements I have had some trouble with the touch feature for some items When that happens I just close the app reopen and then all the menu options work again Great for making scrapbook pages on the go Highly recommended I have purchased all the scrapbooking apps in the store and this one is the best I have stored purchased digital kitspages and elements and import them into this app Adding shadows and layers make this the best app for creating pages that mimic a more sophisticated program I export the pages as saved photos and then print them from an online printing service My only complaint is that I wish that the size of the save photo was larger to provide for larger and better quality prints Better yet being given the option of which size file to create would be great                 Lots of fun

Im a longtime digital scrap booker primarily using full Photoshop to make my pages but I lost motivation after a while and havent really scrapbooked in a few years After getting my iPad I wondered if I could make pages on it Ive tried several of the scrapbooking and photo apps offered and so far this has been the best one Ive tried I am able to import digital background papers that Ive collected over the years and use them to make pages This app has a lot of nice little features including drop shadows and gradients Its not perfect I have yet to figure out how to import PNG that will retain their transparent backgrounds so I can use the more realistic digital elements I have in my collection I wish we were able to delete items from the layers menu since I seem to be having a problems with the delete button not popping up when I tap on some elements especially text boxes I also wish we had control over canvas size and shape since Ive always been a squarecanvas scrapper but overall I am very happy with this app and look forward to playing with it more Im not interested in the multimedia options in this app so whether they work or not for me is no big deal but Im interested to see how the pages print out Update I still love this app but I just got a new 3rd Gen iPad and all my pages look pixelated now Please update to accommodate the Retina Display              Fantastic so far

App will not let you use the web to get clip art You are suppose to be able to go in the app and click the web button to get more clip but every time I try it crashes the whole app There is very little clip art in the app itself so without the web button to ad more images it is pretty much just an app to upload photos but no cool creative things to use with the photo Sent info to owner of the app telling them about the problem but have not received a response yet Very disappointed Dont waste your money until you see an update that says it fixes this problem I think the app could be a 5 but it is a 1 until this bug is fixed     Keeps crashing

After I figured out how to really utilize the app I cant stop I went on a trip had a deadline for a scrapbook a graduating child I downloaded everything I thought I would need from home had know idea I wasnt going to be able to use some of the official Scrapbook digital stores iPad cant get adobe flasher which created a big problem for my self I called apple Finally I went for it and tried scrappy it took me some time to get it figured out and now it fun and exciting My next challenge is to see if I can download my pages and have them put into a hard cover album If so them this is a great app You wont even need the Internet while your traveling                 Excellent and fun

I love this app It has a lot going for it ease of use ability to import pics web images and coolest of all video The possibilities are endless The only drawbacks so far that Ive found are crashes when trying to use an image from the web and once when I saved an album to view only made the entire app freeze When that happened I was ready to find a different scrapping app After looking I didnt see anything else that incorporated video so I went back to Skrappy I had to delete the app and start over from scratch So far no more freezes but then I havent saved anything yet Please fix this I would not hesitate to give 5 stars if this were fixed because I love saving memories with this app              Awesome

What a lot of options this has Ive been looking for something that does everything that Skrappy does to use as my Journaling app The only thing its missing is an update for the new iPad retina display Then it will be perfect                 Really nice

After my recent trip to Wonderland I wanted a page turning photo album experience for my memories Here it was Of course there is always room for improvement The page turning while trying move pics around              Just what I was looking for

Ive been enjoying this app for quite a while and also have tried other apps similar to this one I have to say this is still the best out there It is very easy to manipulate media Adjust the pictures contrast exposure rotation is easy and more features Some things I will like added in future updates is to adjust the transparency of the pictures able to annotate on the pics and also have bubble text In addition an autoplay will be nice to have Good job with this app guys              Excellent app

30 minutes is all I could invest in this glitchy program I wanted a simple scrap book type program that would allow me to export as PDF I had used Apples Keynote as a simple alternative but was after a little more flexibility specifically ability to crop layer and custom size photos This app fit the part in theorythe problem is in the execution It needs A LOT OF WORK It crashed 5 times in the 30 minute trial run Even after a full ipad restart Also the GUI kept goofing up Menus would turn white and be hard to read And the web feature import photos from the web never worked as advertised Since I see others have had similar issues Ill move on to another alternative     Horrible Apptoo many bugs

I just downloaded this app and the copy and delete feature only worked for a day and then quit I wish I could get my 3 back     Not too happy

Love this App I have tried a half dozen other scrapbook apps and some are very nice and each has pros and cons this one you can crop a picture in the app which makes it much easier It seems to be a simple function not available on other apps Please developers add more paper and embellishments Of course you can easily use any photos your background paper as well thanks for a nice app              Best Scrapbook App for IPAD just needs more embellishments etc

Many photo book and digital scrapbooking apps I have tried are awkward slow or just too cutsie Gingham flowers and childlike letters have their place but are often not appropriate to most subject matter This app allows you to set up templates in your own style Controls are simple logical and easy to use The interface is clean I will admit that the built in templates arent the most attractive but this apps flexibility makes that a minor issue Pros This app has a decent selection of fonts Images can be scaled rotated cropped placed in a number of shapes and use simple borders You can adjust object transparency color It also allows adjustable shadows on objects It also has the ability to set media placeholders Smart snapto guidelines to allow easy aligning resizing of objects Placeholders allow quick import of images from your photo library Separate adjustable lockable image layers and pages Cons minor for me Placeholders dont maintain cropping dimensions when images are imported Function windows sometimes cover image handles when cropping Scaling images to edges for images that bleed over edges is difficult The handles stop working at page edge You cannot delete the built in templates Is works well on my iPad 1 no crashing or memory issues so far like many other similar apps This is big for me Many other apps seem quite nice but Ill never know for sure because they crash so frequently that I could not explore them I believe it has to do with the amount of memory they use As my iPad is not that old I got it as a gift just before the iPad 2 came out I expect that apps should be written to accommodate its memory requirements or should not be available for use on the iPad 1 Just sayin I think this is a wonderful app I look forward to updates that will refine the minor issues                 Really well thought out app

FINALLY True electronic scrapbooking I have been looking for a while for a way to turn my travel photos into a scrap book to share with friends and family I had tried using other electronic software but this one really does it Working with the touchscreen on my iPad I get to position everything On the iPad I have immediate access to any electronic enhancement that I want Unbelievable value at 5 Thank you Scrappy                 True Electronic Scrap booking

I would have given this app five stars but it crashed upon emailing Froze up and I had to shut off the ipad to get anything to boot Would love it otherwise Good thing I saved all the pages to the gallery before attempting email Also the help froze up on the app and had to write the company from here        Crashed when tried to send as email

I created 50 pages of scrapbooks within one week of purchasing this app Like other users I have had some difficulty with web images Some work and some dont but I dont believe the problem is only with this app Some pics are probably blocked The edit tools work great and there are enough basic backgrounds to do most jobs I also like the stacking tool for bringing pictures to the top There are plenty of texts and even the ability to bring in symbols BonusSharing with Social media is super easy and I love that I can save a page as a photo I looked at other scrap booking apps and believe that this is the easiest The app has crashed a few times but the work is saved immediately and so far nothing has been lost 4 stars because of periodic crashing and limited clip art and backgrounds Overall a very good app              Easy and efficient

Im more of a paper scrapbookerpartly because of the hassle it is to learn to use digital programs But this app Is truly intuitive So many neat features I couldnt believe all you get for the price I would rate this a 5 if it wouldnt freeze upmany times I cant get the right popup menus to come out when tapping on the objectits a little frustrating Ive tried turning off the iPaddoing soft and hard resets but doesnt help Its as if it had a mind of its ownIll work right when I feel like it But when it does workWATCH OUTits fantastic              Impressive

Skrappy is a great app It does a lot and is well worth the money The backgrounds choices texting and ability to put videos on the pages are awesome I would give it 5 stars if you could use this app with apple tv and email an album link for friends to view the scrapbook and listen to the music That would be wonderful Gadijh              I love it

The app itself is very intuitive and I loved how flexible it is importing It keeps the nickel and dime 99 cent addons minimal However after completing my first scrapbook I was disappointed to find Its too large to export intact to email Even after optimizing I cant export it as anything but a PDF Which renders video files and sounds useless All that said I enjoy using this app And I love it a a personal journaling of my experience I just wish I could share it with my friends and family from a distance           Wish I could give this more stars

The update is not working for me Still having trouble with the tools unable to find tools not able to edit my scrapbook in any way Please Help Thank you              Unable to open tools

If youre used to the manual paper kind of scrapbooking you wont like this APP Its only for pictures youve taken and you limited to how many you can sensibly do per page Plus you wouldnt want to print anything and dump tons of your printer font cartridge Save your money and do it the old fashion way     Not a Scrapbook

Theres a little bug on this app its little but it bothers me The tape image from the objects wont rotate When you want to put tape on four corners of the photo its not going to happen I would love to give 5 stars but if they fix it Ill move back the rating to 5 stars           Little bug

I have used a couple of other scrapbook programs over the past two years and this one is by far the best The pdf files are 10x clearer and more retna friendly and the controls are very intuitive and easy to master I love this program                 Excellent

I was looking for an app to do a quick scrapbook for my sons birthday at school and this did the job quickly and efficiently It takes a few minutes to figure out how everything works but it is well worth it for all the features Nice                 Wow
