I updated the version and when I did it started me back at level one I got to keep my gems but lost all the time and money spent up until now If I would have known that updating the app would have taken everything away except the gems I wouldn t have done it I m very disappointed and will probably just delete the app Frustrated and disappointed Fonda3220h
