It seemed to be working fine and I wanted to use the voice activated part I use it at work in a kitchen So I wanted to speed of just using voice I purchased the upgrade for 5 99 and now it crashes every two seconds I ve never successfully used the microphone and I feel robbed Should fix it or refund my money     Upset Give me my money back acoustic23
