Got my token ID today at school to log in and it doesnt work Token ID not working

App does not support iPhone Waste of time Do not download Please fix

I cant login with my token ID in my phone Is it possible for you guys to add that to the iPhone app Help

Horrible horrible app Its a waste if time and money It took a tutor more than an hour to explain me a simple process I tried more than 3 tutors and the main problem is that the tutors are outsourced and they dont speak English very well Great app if you only want to communicate with numbers and not with words Math tutoring

I only receive a big red screen with JavaScript errors on it Wont let me in error messages

Im a student at Saint Paul college and so Im able to use Smartthinking on the computer but when I try it on the app well theres no option to login using the token given specifically for this app So yeah this is useless to me until I am able to use that token login No token login

I tried everything to try and login and I cant Just completely wasted my time and a big let down Terrible

The app doesnt allow for token ID sign in on iPhone For me that makes the app useless I love smarthinking a five star program and would greatly enjoy being able to use it on my phone But the fact that I cantOne star iPhone not supported

I cant even use it Im deleting it now My collage said to download it for help in tutor Im not happy Hate it

Well I just started at CTU and during orientation we were asked to download this App so we can use it on our phones as well as on the computer well We cant log in So as all the other reviews have said this needs to be fixed Immediately Or you need to also offer a username and password along with the Token ID Otherwise this app is completely useless I will leave it on my phone and wait for the update I am using an iPhone 6 with iOS 84 NO TOKEN ID LOGIN

I cant use this app with the iPhone 5 What a bummer Not quite sure why it offers this app when it doesnt work I cant use my user namepassword and doesnt offer the token capability What a let down Hopefully you update the app so iPhone 5 users can use this as well Bummer
