Ebix needs to lower their prices and upgrade their ease of use and integrations to compete with Redtail Salesforce and Microsoft dynamics As for this app you can t even intuitively see your calendar Furthermore you can t accurately see the day view for some reason     They need to seriously upgrade J dawgy 123

Do you test this thing before rollout In day view can you please allow me to scroll all the way down to see the rest of my appts withouy fighting my phone I have 15 appointments and it obviously is struggling to handle it List view defaults to 2 15 today is 3 14 and cuts off all kinds of bugs Come on guys amateur hour     I am begging you please fix this app Ianmeier

The current update has rendered the ap entirely useless and what is worse we have heard nothing from Ebix regarding when we can expect a fix Our entire mobile team is unable to utilize SmartOffice and we have no idea when we can expect the application to be working again We have experienced nothing but problems from Ebix for the last several months I strongly recommend you consider another system Ebix offers inferior products with horrible customer service support     Big Cheese Sharper Edge

Considering what the app is designed to do the target market for the app what we pay to use the entire service through eBix this is a total and utterly useless application It is cumbersome hard to look up and add the pertinent information notes that users demand To not be able to close an appointment and add notes to the calendar appointment is both unreal and a compliance nightmare to not have time stamping equal to appointment closing time Get your act together Your new iPad app is amazing Why is the phone lacking     Terrible interface RGMilw
