Rather disappointing given claimed features Advertizement looks good Appears to be the all in one I file manager SMBbrowser shows files on Readynas and other SMB shares on windows Mac Linux and other OSes However all attempts to open or view any file aborts with mysterious file failed message Fails to open any file on SMB ver1 2 3 shares As a network storage architect this ones a dud GoodReader or the older BuzzPlayer work better Last comment repeated emails to support unanswered     Product does not work poor support jim1atl
