The app wants location access and will become problematic if you turn it off Stand up to companys that spy and do not use their app Buggy and they want private info

This is a great app with many useful features I can even view my shopping list right from my apple watch which I wasnt expecting The only issue I have is that you can add a pass for your loyalty card in the passbook app but it does not not have a barcode for scanning on my apple watch The phone version does but my watch pass doesnt My Walgreens pass has a barcode on my watch so I know its possible It isnt a huge deal more of a tip for improvement Otherwise a great app Great app needs barcode in apple watch passbook

This is a great app for saving money when you buy your stuff from Smiths Great App

I spent hours on the phone to try and get my pharmacy refills to work on this app and could not get it verified The customer service is just too incompetent making this app useless for me even putting the crashes aside I was giving the smiths pharmacy a test drive and I give it a 310 because of its poor phone support and because of their decent pharmacy store staff Its okay for old people but frustrating for young people Poor app and customer support

It would make this app much better would be a barcode scanner to add products to the list I see a QR scanner but this does not seem to work for barcodes Cannot add products by scanning barcode

Let me preface by saying Iove this app That said since you have made it almost a requirement to have data connectivity it is really bothersome to use my lists in the store I know I dont have a network connection I shouldnt need one when all Im doing is checking off items on my list But to then add the annoying popup that there is some sort of error every couple of minutes is enough to drive a person nuts Give me an option to not require a connection if wifi isnt available Ill be back home and at my wifi connection in 3040 minutes and you can sync things up then Dont waste my data minutes Really annoying popup

Can there be more coupons based on items I usually purchase More coupons

Its super easy adding the ecoupons and searching for them Just makes it so much easier to shop without the hassle of paper coupons I love this app

I love that I can look at the weekly add click in the things I want and it automatically puts it on my list Even better the list is linked to my account I can make the list with my phone then my husband had access to the list in his phone instantly I can also see which coupons I have on my card and how they match up to my list I also love that at a quick glance I I can see what rewards points I have Well done Smiths Love shopping list on this app

I love being able to check out the ads and load coupons to my card so easily This is a great app Love it

Downloading coupons from the app is really easy I also like creating my grocery list on the phone I have also used Apple pay several times at my grocery store Good app

I use this app to fill prescriptions and it works great One suggestion is to save the pharmacy phone number so you dont have to enter it every time Also I used to be able to scan the bar code on the bottle to populate the prescription That doesnt work any more That was a very nice feature Nice app but one suggestion

It has the best coupons and you can get free stuff It is awesome

Bring back the unified shopping list I dont want to switch back and forth between list items and coupons Unified shopping list

One day I opened my app to load coupons onto my card and I got a pop up telling me to download the new Kroger app I did that then that app told me to use the Smiths app Once I got back into the Smiths app I had to sign in again Now the app says I dont have a loyalty card When I try to reenter mine I get some error message regarding my zip code Im so annoyed I used this app all the time and now Im going to have to delete it Update ruined my app

This app is pretty handy and I really like the free download Fridays although it doesnt always work and I have ended up paying for something that was supposed to be free Luckily is was an inexpensive item My question is why cant we download ALL the coupons Why is there a limit to how many coupons you can download Is there some sort of savings limit you dont want us to reach or what Nice app

The Kroger company has finally updated there Smiths app to support passbook The fuction of the app is great I am not more encourage to spend at smith now that this app uses passbook I recommend to try it for digital card storage and great deals This app is easy to use Passbook Support

Doesnt take my Smiths reward card and gives an error and blows up As a extra added bonus the report a problem link doesnt work So much for ApplePay with this one Bad app

This app is really awesome I love it I use it all the time when I download digital coupons that get saved to my Fresh Values Card immediately It also has a shopping list that you can add stuff too You simply just tap the item on sale and it adds it to your shopping list Its also super nice not having to carry around my Fresh Value Card or even having to bother remembering which phone number it is linked to Because this app has your cards bar code already So at the register they simply scan my phone and I get all of the best discounts and prices as well as my coupons This app deserves more than 5 stars Awesome

Ive used this app for refilling prescriptions and its worked decently well until this latest update Now the Rx function is worse than useless Was the coder trying to give smiths a black eye Total junk Poor usability with latest update

The app is well laid out and very functional However the selfcheckouts in the store cant read the barcode off a phone screen If the point is to provide a better overall experience for customers both the app and the hardware have to work together Poor form with barcode scanning
