I inquired about the app with the support contact to ask some questions which they replied pretty quickly I made the mistake of ordering the service for our upcoming wedding a month a way and within minutes decided I made a mistake Within five minutes I emailed them back asking for a refund Keep in mind the 50 I paid them was for a service that I had not even yet been able to use 6 days later and three unanswered emails from these jokers I will get my money back one way or another but shoppers beware Pathetic Terrible customer support

Picture quality was awful the live feed on the site would feed the photos in upside down or sideways the labeling was wrong the user names got mixed up and I got absolutely NO response from customer support I strongly advise against using this app Worst quality

This app takes a great idea and fails on execution Hard to share pics see pics or manage pics Unreasonably difficult to find and stay joined to the event and in a full party wifi was unusable Not worth the money

Guests are distracted from the actual event by having to deal with the app open app find event take pic preview choose title saveby that time they missed another moment Also everyone could see everybody elses pix on their phone not good if your frat buddies decide to get crazy while your mom is taking a picture I did a test before my wedding glad I did wont be using this Would rather not have my guests staring at their phones all night Asked for the full refund offered including unannounced international transaction fee Great idea but
