I write social stories for young children with autism and other disabilities or any child who needs a little extra instruction to learn a new social routine and this has worked really well for me It s super easy and intuitive to use I like having the options of kids watching and listening to it on an iPad or iPhone and being able to print it as a hard copy While you are somewhat limited on the free app you can share a copy with someone who also downloads the free app and you can test it out with two saved stories before deciding whether or not you want to purchase the app I have not yet downloaded the social stories already created but have previewed them and they look good too Easy to use KdZell

I would give this app 5 stars but the main reason I downloaded it was to print social stories for my students to have in the gen ed classroom I am unable to send the stories to my email or print them out I also tried to contact the developers but the button to report a problem does not work either Please fix the printing emailing issues Printing ....issues
Great app My student with autism loved this app I did however have trouble when I tried emailing the PDF file to my email It does not send as a PDF and therefore the computer cannot read it I would love it if this was fixed so that I could print the story out Thanks Good KeepingItLlamaXcore

This is a great app to quickly create social stories You can print them out into book form and insert real pictures The update allows you to change the font great addition The old font was hard for younger students to read It is difficult to know how much the social stories cost since there is just a for So I have not bought any I like that I can customize and build my own story I am having issues with the app right now when I email the pdf to myself It is telling me it sends but it is not sending so I can t get the story in print form Other than that I really like the app and use it daily when writing social stories for my students Good app but needs work Snyder SLP
First of all all the social stories tell you that they have a cost by a dollar sign hanging over the story however it does not say how much any of the stories are which means I will never buy any of them because I don t know the cost ahead of time Second to create a social story you have to use photos from your camera roll I want cartoons or stock images So essentially creating a story here is more complicated than literally going to a word document and finding photos online and creating your own outside of the app I will be deleting this app as it has 0 usefulness to me Good idea but has some problems Fogfffhgcfg
I wish I could change the font as that style of type is to animated to read small on a phone I would like an option to use a simple sanserif font Also the audio is not letting me record so that feature is not usable for me which is unfortunate Font Rosebudfantast

My kids and I really like this app However we have been having significant issues with the read to me not working It did work when I first downloaded the app but has not been working for a few months now Even with the audio not working the explanations are very helpful for kids learning how to be polite and curtious Thank you for designing this app Really like this app and hope audio issue will be fixed

I love this app and have been using it awhile But recently the app crashes on me within a few seconds of it being opened or during a story I really need this app back as it is the only thing that my sons uses for help with his daily task I would totally pay 499 for unlimited use if I knew it wasnt going to crash on me again Please help iOS 7 iPhone 5 iPod Please help

I am a real reviewer and this is not a fake review you do not get ANY social story you have to buy all of them not even one sample I tried the add story I thought it might be good you can add ONLY 3 pagesand that is itI think in every app there should be some sample and if parents want pay for more get extrapls dont waste your time i deleted right away you will do the same Rediculous

This is a great app but it has a few grammar mistakes in the stories I use this with students and it is a little unprofessional to have students read something with bad grammar Grammar mistakes
