I have one request Allow more than one sound to play simultaneously So that when you press two sounds at once they can overlap or you can repress a sound and make it syncopated This is so close to being awesome           Pretty Useful

This is a great way to play those little soundbites that I have If I play them in the music app it will go on and play the next one and the next one This plays one soundbite and stops This app does get a bit confused when airplay is turned on Causes the app to crash I must go into the music app and turn off airplay then come back into this app                 I love it and use it daily

which is create a custom sound board to pull up sounds in various formats There are so many apps with canned sounds but I wanted to completely customize my own Great Look forward to seeding what the programmers will do next would love to store sounds in a dropbox folder and then be able to move them back and forth between the app Would also like to be able to trim start and finish time from the sounds but for right now Im a happy camper Way to go              Does exactly what I hoped it would do

The only thing I need to be 100 useful is overlapping of custom imported sounds This tool is great for professional radio jocks that need a replacement for their instant replay machines A couple of updates more and it will worth ten dollars So keep doing a good job with it              One of the best soundboards in the App Store

I am a podcaster who runs multiple shows I would love to have a playlist within the app Like show 1 has 20 buttons but if I need a whole new setup for another show I just select a new playlist Having to dump 20 buttons for every show is no good Also how about the ability to assign different colors to the buttons This would aid in the ability to quickly find or remember what each row does And I agree with the other guy definite need to overlap sound that play from the ipads library                 Please add this

This app doesnt do what its supposed to do Well maybe it does but you have to figure it out for yourself how What you expect to do with this app is to have one big button to add a new sound and then use your soundboard  but theres no such button Theres a add new page wich add a bunch of empty buttons Oh you expect to click the empty buttons and be able to add something to them correct Wrong again clicking them does nothing Oh but theres a helpful help button there which is the way developers like to tell youre too stupid to figure their overcomplicated app on their own and maybe your time wasted trying to figure the app out is not worth enough for them to hire one interface designer who knows how to design something simple Well the help screen promptly says that to add a button you have to touch the three little yellow circles Or maybe the three yellow circles represent something ou have to do with your fingers or some other symbol youre too stupid to understand Well dear stupid user thats no problem because they were helpdful enough to give you a more lengthy help were they put screenshots of their app with helpful labels saying this is a useless button you dont need but we put it here anyways After a dozen pages youll find the page for add new button where you could possibly record a new sound but hey suprise They never told yo how to get there So dont waste your money unless you also want to waste your time figuring out how to get this app working I wasted both and still dont get it But hey Im probably just stupid     Dont waste your money

Worked great when I first downloaded it Then they updated it hasnt worked since Opens up then immediately crashes I want my money back I really needed this app But its now JUNK     Wasted Money

I like this a lot I love that I can make my own sounds One thing that would make it sooo much better is the ability to play 2 sounds together so you can mix sounds Please add this function              Please update

Good start but still needs work The screen flashes repeatedly very annoying Need to highlight the current button to make it easy to determine what was selected Would be nice to be able to pause and restart a sound and to change the color of a particular button           Still needs work

I rely on this app for live band backing track samples slow response time on button pressthen I see this update that appears to fix that issue but its only available on iOS6 which is not available for my generation 1 ipad Fail           Hmm

After installing iOS 5 it was all ok                 My bad

This is one of those rare cases where a v10 product was better than later versions The more I upgrade the fewer sounds this app will play from my own library It has now become unusable I used to use it all the time on my podcast for the past several months but now it doesnt allow me to play over half the MP3 files so I am now looking for something else too bad too this was an awesome soundboard app at one time           Seems to get worse each new ver

I do like the new updates and that you guys got away from the red momentary style buttons and the addition of multiple pages The only thing lacking at this point is fixing the latency issue When the latency is fixed this will be a professional and usable app Im currently using touch osc as a midi controller and its a ton faster in its response to button presses and it transports data wirelessly through two different softwares to play a soundand its instantaneous This is a good app but will be great when latency is fixed           Will be great in time

How can you leave the First gen out of the update I spent 7 a few months ago then no more updates for less than iOs6 users absurd     ipad First Gen left out

I bought this application before deploying then once overseas I removed the apps I wasnt using during my stay Now that Im back I want to reinstall the app on my 1st gen iPad and they wont even allow me to do that because it requires ios 60 or higher Are you serious They are just stealing people blind I want my money back This is clearly a scam Do not buy this unless you buy a new iPad every year     Dont buy it

Love the new version and layout Just a thought to be able to see more of the soundsong title perhaps it could be shown on the surface of the actual button rather than beneath it Also would it be possible to show the time of the soundsong playing count up count down This is by far the best app I have purchased since owning my iPad I use it for corporate productions and presentations all over the country Thank you for the great work              Soundslate

This app is functional but leaves a lot to be desired Simple UI upgrades would be nice such as the simple ability to reorganize the placement of the sounds on the slate adjusting the image location within the icon as opposed to requiring a square image or distorting the selected one a largersized fade out button and the ability to switch between slates would be great Sounds play faster now after last update but still are lagging and even cut off through AirPlay This may be an Apple issue but does not happen with any other audio streaming apps        Functional but needs work

This app is awesome I use it as a sound board for baseball games and it works well There are a few directions that you need to read through but its not hard to follow at all Single tap to play single tap to pause double tap to immediately start playing the sound or song again from the beginning Two finger touch to stop and cue up the sound or song to the beginning Single tap and hold to edit sound song name and picture on button Hard I think not You can even load sounds from your iTunes libraryawesome Just a couple of suggestions for updated versions First when you press the button to play the selected sound in addition to the picture there should be an animated play icon Kind of how iTunes utilizes it when you place songs on the desktop and try to play them from there Or how you play samples of songs at the iTunes store Second when you pause a sound or song mid way through and change the sound board then press the button in the same location as the button you paused earlier the wrong sound will play Small glitch to fix Overall nice app in my opinion              Not hard to figure out

I needed a sound board that I could customize for our chidlrens church program and this app is exactly what I needed I love that I can customize the sounds play mulitiple sounds at a time and control fade in and out Really a great app for sound board applications                 Great App

I had the same problem when upgrading to this new version but I deleted the app from my iPad and then opened up the App Store and clicked the INSTALL button SoundSlate installed and works again Its really a great program that lets you use custom sounds I dont think theres anything like it on the app store Hopefully future versions wont have this big of a bug that needs a workaround like this              Need to reinstall when upgrading

UPDATEthey fixed the issues I couldnt be happier After I open the app I keep trying to browse through the list of samples to preview but the program keeps shutting down I have ios5 Please help I like this app                 Great support Great app

Although record button does not work when trying to add new sfx the concept is great This app provides the level of customization and ease of creating multiple pages for categorized sound effects Once record button works it will be close to perfect           Close

I use this app in podcasting as a fantastic soundboard The ability to play multiple sounders at the same time is a function I simply cannot due without Great job professional quality and easy to use                 Awesome app

I work with special needs students and this is a great app for having them practice conversations using pre recorded speech It would be great though if you could make or use pictures for the different buttons                 This a great app to use with kids
