This app is useless I m logged in and it s treating me like a stranger It doesn t show me my flight information for F s sake It tells me that I have no bookings shouldn t my current flight fall under Bookings it allows me to see mi flight s status but it doesn t show me the gate my seat number boarding time NOTHING It just says that my flight is open for check in Thanks but I ve already checked in The information this app gives users is completely useless Terrible UX     No info for you Valeva13

The app has long needed this update and some nice features were added that were a pain to get online such as flight timetable On the UX design side there needs to be feedback when one adds a booking Even a notification bar that disappears after a few seconds at the top of the app Secondly the order of the bookings on the My Bookings screen would work better if there was some order e g the next coming flight at the top as opposed to the order that you added bookings Thirdly after check in the app isn t adding the boarding pass to the Wallet app This would be great to fix As an alternative the boarding passes could be kept in My Bookings it would also be great to be able to check in a flight directly from the My Bookings screen On a side note the hope is that the check in screens will get an update to bring them in line with the rest of the app in some future app update Fourthly from the My FlySAA screen once the View This Booking button has been pressed a back button would be preferable to the burger menu so that one returns to the My FlySAA screen but this is a design choice can be forgiven Fifthly when one presses the burger menu and wishes to return to the screen they were viewing the standard language is that one can tap anywhere on that screen to return it into focus Currently one has to tap the burger menu again to return it Lastly there is a minor bug with the date in the My Booking Details screen Instead of the expected flight date it s showing the same date irrespective of which flight I choose One hopes that the devs will read all this and work on it They ve done an excellent job thus far and it makes me proud of our national carrier                 A much appreciated update Randm nick that I hope no1 has

The app does not link properly to your voyager account You now need a booking reference number to check in online before you could use your surname It offers flight tracking but it does not pull your flights through which are already booked On the older version you were able to see a summary of your account I can no longer find information     Poor update Just a platinum flyer

I downloaded this as I have several flights on SAA in the next month It didn t retain my information and merely listed my flights Couldn t select seats or do anything     Useless App Client9

Good info tabs but not there yet On each tab you need to add new information It should all be collated when you log in Also I don t want to have to enter details everytime I use the app It should cache these details and perhaps only ask for a password or touchID Just seems like a website embedded in an app Simple advice download some of the other airlines apps and see what they are doing You ll get some good ideas from them     Not that great Glorified website JR-RSA
