I gave this 3 stars because it doesn t tell you the property property close rented date on the listing Otherwise if real estate agents were more courteous and understanding this would get 5 stars Agents don t update and remove listing as they should FRUSTRATING             Good app but could be better with agents cooperation Skynet cloud

I would have given this app a full 5 stars The only thing that is a realtors beware is that the listings you see on the app are not necessarily all that are available It is imperative you use matrix or MLS once you are at a desktop computer for ALL listings available to give your clients a full list I would only use this app when on the road and also to show clients comps as your conducting showings real time I also use the app share function with clients to use to search through my link of the app version I also love being able to search an active MLS number and send via text to clients directly from the phone All in all I would definitely use this app Can t live without it 4 stars all the way                 Great app but be careful Msc12345678

Before this app I would be confined to a computer because our old MLS system didn t work on anything but internet explorer I finally feel free because I can search from anywhere and I don t have to find a CPU to do it                     Great tool Jujupoitier
