I really like this app 50 or so classic cocktail recipes rather than the hundreds or thousands offered in many of the other cocktail apps I looked at and thats all Im interested in A Martini a Manhattan a Metropolitan you will find Not a Fuzzy Navel or a Tequila Sunrise Its a nice small app 68 MB with cool art work and the recipes period no shopping list social networking or how to videos You may feel that a few recipes have been overlooked but whoever assembled the collection did a pretty darn good job Classic Cocktails

I have a limited bar and this app helped me pick out a set of recipes that shared a few common ingredients Great for those of us who dont keep a lot of exotic flavorings around Good for casual drinkers

I like how this app is like a time machine to the 1960s The drink selection is limited to classic drinks no sex on the beach here and the names are sometimes the older style Kinda like what youd find if you walked into a speakeasy back in the day Though I guess speakeasies were prohibition era where as this app is out of the 60s Love how each drink is illustrated with its own period picture which shows a lot of care and takes a lot more works than downloading 1000 drinks off the internet and shoving them into an app Drinks for the Mad Men
