This app is great I especially like the way it encourages me to continue through a reward system Ignore the app reminders for too long and it reduces you a level Great motivator Only think that keeps it from 5 stars is that the timing between exercise sets is odd Starts out with ready set go and you have no idea what you re doing The has relax cycle at end of each set followed by another pause explaining what s coming next Seems more intuitive that the beginning of every set introduces set especially first set then drop the relax at end of set and just intro next set The current timing just throws off a rhythm rather than flow It s awkward but minor I think this app is very useful                 Easy useful good encouragement Smartucus86

I feel like it s a great app and has a great idea behind it but I feel like I would be more on top of my exercises if this supported an Apple Watch feature so I can do my exercises anywhere and instead of really loud buzzing from my phone at work which everyone can here I could just go off of taps from my watch                 Good but not very convenient si1sahn

This is a great app pretty much exactly what I was looking for there are two features I would like to request 1 Be able to customize the notification reminders more I would like to change what it says when it notifies me and also be able to modify the days of the week it alerts me For example I want it to remind me at a certain time only on M F and not on the weekends 2 We are always given a point for doing the exercises but the program doesn t know if we were successful or not I wish it would ask me at the end of every session if I was able to complete all reps successfully If I was I would like the point If I could not I would like to not be awarded the point to stay at the same number of points till I can complete that session Unless I can think of more those are about the 2 easy fixes that are preventing me from rating this a 5 star app and I ve been using it for over a week Worth checking out and I hope they keep updating it                 Great App Minor Feature Requests ejt06002

The UI is very nice as is the application itself One issue in the version I have for the reminders it is not possible for the time to be 12 hours and PM it always goes back to AM I don t intend to have a midnight reminder Check your code Otherwise great work                 Great app Wildfox of Minnesota

Edit Everything is a okay now all issues pointed below are now fixed thanks Nate Good app nice clean interface good progressive routine for kegels regular and reverse People you can only access the rest of the levels beyond level 1 after you get enough points from practice to unlock them After level 5 you ll have to buy the in app upgrade but still you ll need to unlock those levels with practice points it doesn t matter if you paid or not you need the practice points This is something that is not clear in the app itself and the developer should ve included an explanation Right know the in app purchase is disabled Nate and Alex please fix this I ll give this app 5 stars when you do                     Awesome D.
