Staples Print — PDF Document Printing

Id love the idea of being able to send print jobs from my phone But to this date I still cannot login to the app iPhone 6 with latest iOS 841 After putting my credentials the screen stays on the loading screen and doesnt do anything Cute waiting screen oops this is embarrassing tea or coffee at this point they owe me 10 cups of coffee and my initial print request        Still cant log in

Does not work I repeat does not work It sits there and makes stupid comments as it tries to load Then it tries to blame you for having a bad connection The problem isnt you and the problem isnt the connection The problem is this app Dont waste your time Its a bug ridden piece of junk     Junk

You just need a pdf and youre good to go              Easy to use

What the title said Not enough option to customize your print           Not enough custom options

I use Staples printing for drawing images using high quality reference photos But this app though it would have been efficient and convenient does not work Youre able to select an image and choose to use this app but when on the app the image doesnt load At all It buffers and buffers but doesnt work Ive deleted the app twice but it still encounters the same problem     Simply Does Not Work

The app wont open but it will make an annoying joke You are right the app is embarrassing at least they acknowledge it     Wont open

This app is a joke First it took 10 minutes to download I couldnt even get past the registration screen because it wouldnt accept my passwords even though they met the parameters 612 characters etc Way to waste my time Staples when I need a document printed fast     An Embarrassment to Staples

Gotta love em what do these companies think That its ok to launch an app like this Bugs bugs and more bugs thank god this app stopped me from the getgo Hold your horses wait a minute well this is embarrassing Teo or coffee Thats why this app doesnt work your developer doesnt check his work And then he lies to you and tells you that it will be corrected and then it really never gets corrected and what little correction that heshe does do it takes over a year But its no bodys fault but your own staples     Developers that launch apps with bugs

I had everything I needed to print my PDF and it was fast to use I was pleased to see it could handle everything I needed including binding Awesome                 Easy and Fast

This app is much easier than going through the website Ive found I do wish it gave the option to print I card stock though I love being able to send print jobs so cleanly while onthego              So far so good

Wish it could convert html docs to PDFs                 Easy makes more happen

This app is very simple to use and is easy to get documents across multiple apps The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 is it defaults to a premium paper and coil binding rather than standard              Simple

The developers really need to get it together Just to send a paper file to the store takes 30 to an hour Then the store can take up to a day to even open the file and print it     Disappointment

It never loads no matter how long I wait Just has that tea or coffee question up the entire time     Doesnt work

Have been a regular user of other services First time with Staples it was very userfriendly Only suggestion though would be a preview option to make sure the user uploaded the correct document              Firsttime user

This is an amazing app for quick document prints And even for things that need to be bound                 Amazingly simple

I like that I can just send to my local Staples and they let me know when ready but the extra charge for 2 hour service meh Im not sure about that              So far easy to use

This is a very easy to use app that helps when placing an order at my Staples store It links easily to Dropbox and allows you to uploads files and change job specifications on the fly Highly recommended when using Staples copy centers                 Great convenient to use App

I cant log in It times out Cant create a new account says the password must be 612 characters even though my password meets the credentials Great idea I was hoping this would really work Crap execution     Not functional Unusable

Thank you so much for having a friendly and convenient service that allows those without access to a printer a way to print documents that would otherwise be unavailable It would be nice if they didnt automatically have the premium options enabled but its nice to know you have so many options                 WooHoo

Super convenient app Only thing is the instructions for how to upload the file were slightly different than what I had to actually do When I opened my pdf file a little box came up at the top saying open in print and the print app was not in my share options as specified by the app instructions But this app is great                 Great

How did this even make it to the app store Did Staples check this before releasing it I cannot get it to open I get these little comments hang on Wait for it wait for it this is embarrassing It should be embarrassing for Staples to offer such a worthless app Even if you live a distance away from Staples youre better off getting in your car driving to the store and having a real live person deal with your copy and print needs     Not even a 1 star

It never finishes loading Tells me that I have no internet connection Then says wait for it and Tea or coffee Thats only clever if the app eventually works Installed it twice with phone reboot in between It wont even fail nicely Just keeps making clever quips and blaming the users internet connection     failure to launch

Great idea just wish it supported more formats like docs and JPEG                 Beats waiting in line

Store hours not correct for my location does not allow you to select PDF files from iBooks which is the default storage location on Apple devices Cheers to Version 2        Needs work

No password I choose will work Just says that passwords are case sensitive and must be between 6 and 12 characters Special characters are ok but not mandatory I have tried several passwords that fit this criteria but gives me the same message each time Broken app Dont waste your time     Broken App

Wonderfully simple to use I like that I dont need to bring a flash drive to staples again and risk forgetting to get it back from the Copy Print Associate I just wish that there was an option to select paper weight I have to tell the associate that I chose a card stock paper and not regular 24lb           Never going to bring my flash drive to staples again

App wont open on my iPhone 6 with the latest ios 841 update Failure to launch I deleted the app from my phone reloaded it and still it wont open Similar comments go back awhile Staples I suggest you pull the app hire a new proven designer and beta test thoroughly before release Please dont make end users be your Beta testers In the meantime just go to Staples printing website sign in While this didnt work perfectly either i was able to register get my docs from Dropbox easily and pay online for next day pick up at the nearest Staples store     Embarrassing for Staples

Its ridiculous that they make you wait until the next day to pick up two pieces of paper that all they have to do is click a few buttons and print The app is great I havent played around with it much But I wish we could zoom in to documents I needed to print a shipping label which came out really small But I guess I could have made it bigger before I uploaded it on to the app The initial price the app estimates for you is ridiculous and you have to mess around with the setting to get rid of all that extra crap you dont want Remember printers and ink is already expensive hence why I dont deal with them anymore We dont want even more expensive printing at staples Every time I go to my nearest staples The people that work at the printing section are always rude and act like they have so much to do and they cant get your printing done But every time I go there They are conversing more than working It really pisses me off And also the fact that it takes a really long time for simple papers to print out I understand they have a lot of customers I wouldnt mind if the wait was like an hour or two But straight up the next day for pick up for the printing is ridiculous Hopeless     Too long of a wait

Im only giving this one star because no stars isnt an option The app didnt support most of the files I wanted to print like a Word document told me everything else couldnt print because it was out of margin     Terrible

It needs more options like for when you want the work done and recurring customer account options              Very convenient
