Edit Wow what happened to this app First they took away checkin coupons then 1scan rebate submissions This app used to be great then they took away all of the useful features on the front page and made the app one big advertisement 5 seconds in and Im deleting it Love that I can use it to check use my rewards check in at a store for more coupons     Now Useless

This app is such a big help if youre going back to school shopping it will save you a lot of money and it will personalize youre chiseling of store I love it                 I love it

I can find about anything except for locker accessories Its a great app           Great

Yesterday I tried to add an item and it said it was unable to perform the action at this time Try again later Today I saw there was a new update I thought great they fixed it Nope Now the app wont even start It just says we are unable to connect to Staples online properties Please try again later     Bad to worse

It was easy enough to place an order they have everything you can possibly need however you should take in consideration that your order will not arrive The day they stated on your order after contacting customer service multiple times I finally realized that they dont know when the order is coming after three days that Ive been waiting its still not here however every time you call they will say the same thing we left you a message to let you know it was not coming not true on the last call they actually said to me well you can cancel your order And so here I am with out the school supplies for my children and all that time I saved in ordering online from Staples has been wasted since I dont think buying the supplies at the store would have taken me three days and counting     Very disappointed

It is as was at it should be No need to scroll through a bunch of crap just to get a tiny list of possibles but EXACTLY what you needwant I saved myself 46 using this instead of going from store to store or doing HOURS of online comparisons to get what he needs and still not saving more than maybe 812 This app rocks                 Its easy enough

With this new update I have yet to be able to properly link my rewards account and have them pull up my profile it keeps telling that it cannot link my rewards profile at this time and that theres an error pulling up my information Ridiculous        Cant link my rewards account

loading from item to item takes at least 30 seconds or more clicking to add to cart is also a struggle might as well not have an app at all honestly     looks nice acts terrible

I used the app to redeem rewards but they no longer show up on there I cant even pull up my history anymore Useless app for me now     Whered my rewards go

After placing an order which was accepted and the credit card transaction pending there was no option to provide summary of transaction no print confirmation no transactionorder number This unbelievably for an item that is out of stock I was also not prompted for my Rewards Card information Improvements need to be made to make this app truly userfriendly        Followup info lacking

Got an email from staples that I had reward to spend WHILE IN A STAPLES STORE the other day Tried to log in to Staples Rewards and even tho I am POSITIVE I entered right pw apps locked me out and then even screwed up the ow reset Actually just gave up and left store wo purchase        Barely useable

Barely works The add to passbook and rewards throw errors and dont work All sorts of bugs crop up Even worse it shows that it knows what to add to passbook and still fails Unacccet        How did this pass App Store QI

No longer works on iOS 7x so I deleted it until I upgrade later in 2015 or 2016 Luckily the iPad version still works on iOS 7x I just used it to order a replacement battery Too bad they dropped the ball on the iPhone version     Had to Delete App

I live in a town that doesnt have a Staples aka rural America When I want to view the ad for the city near me with a Staples I first get the popup no store near you I have to search that city If I click to another part of the app reenter the weekly ad portion it has forgotten I selected a city There are other office store apps that will save my favorite store Cmon Staples Catch up please if you plan to buy these other companies     The app forgets I am using it
