I like this game but I think its too short for me and I hate how long you have to wait for the weapons to reload              Good

Its a cute game and has lots of potential as FTL goes to the next level But play is painfully slow and there is so little documentation its tough to figure out strategies let alone the amount of time spent to discover you start the game over again after working hard to reach a certain point I hope they keep working on this game to make it what it could be But for now its a beta version in my opinion        Lots of Potential But rough in execution

I really like this game But in my opinion you should be able to have a fleet you know Secondly I think you should be able to train guard dogs because on the loading screen when all the guys and a dog lined up to go to the portapotty I thought Guard dog Lastly I have a medium Tyson class ship and all the rooms are full I think you should be able to build more different rooms and I think you should have more empty rooms on every ship Im not saying this game is a bummer Im saying it has a lot of untapped potential So please take what I say into consideration                 Awesome game

Star command is boring bland and poorly made scifi game Some of the four ships you can choose from have bad texture issues that let you see the inside from the outside and when you start to upgrade your ship they will stick out like sour thumbs All the ships are mostly empty with way too much walk room and they look really boring The medium rooms for some reason can only hold the same amount of people as the small rooms When you are in the long and boring ship fights the enemy seems to have an unlimited amount of soldiers to send to your ship where as your max can go up to 21 You dont have the option to teleport soldiers to the enemy ship either The way the Health works is that your shield gets broken by a pebble and then flames engulf you ship causing damage to systems and possible death to crew membersI like this and your shield regenerates fairly quickly On the other hand the enemys ships have a huge amount of shield and hull You cant damage particular systems on their ship and you can kill their crew members unless one of their unlimited guys go on your ship Your ship can be crippled but theirs cant Its not really adventurous you are on your boring looking ship the entire game The story is boring and predictable there are only three systems you can visit and the combat is just you waiting the ridiculously long cool down time for your cannons Go spend your money on out there     Not worth your money

This game is a great strategy game You upgrade you ship and grow your crew along your journey When in battle you have to maintain your weapons and assign crew to fight enemies that board you It can get hectic This game will keep you on your toes                 Great battling interface

Has not been updated in over two years and is basically an abandoned kick starter project The game itself is simple and satisfying but is easily finished in under an hour To boot it is a pure example of over promising and under delivering from a developer standpoint Personally I feel featured apps should be apps that are at least regularly updated or follow up on their promises           Should not be a featured app

Star Command is the best space RPG I have ever played Having played this game since release I know exactly how much fun you can have with this game I played through the whole game in Black Whole mode witch took me an insanely long time to complete This game is not perfect however Since release it has not received an update and the StarCom Guide app has nothing to say about it I think that this game has a lot of potential to get better because the base is already there The larger rooms can have as many people as the small ones witch is a problem Also the player cannot invade the enemys ship and they can invade yours You cannot see into the enemy ship and control your ship to target the enemy ships crew But I think think this game has AMAZING music I and other gamers out there know and we really do know that good music makes a good game great Overall this game has a GREAT and ENGAGING storyline that is easy to follow I absolutely LOVE the design of the ships and their upgrades and abilities The idea is great and could possibly become one of the most popular mobile games around The one problem is that the game doesnt seem to be going anywhere as it has not received an update even after several emails I have sent to contact the devs with new ideas and feed back Great job devs and thanks for creating such an amazing game that I have put so many hours into Cal                 Amazing Must Get

I have never written a review before but in this case I feel as if I must I bought the game because it looked like fun plus Apple recommended it It was fun while I was playing it but I noticed immediately just how short the story was I didnt mind because there was a bunch of things In the game that said they would be implemented with the next update Well two years later and no updates have ever been released to add more content This seems to be a case of developers promising content to get you to buy and then running away with the profits At this point I cannot recommend buying this game     Would be nice if an update ever came out

This game is just that good or at least has the potential It reminds me of a hand held version of FTL The first play through is fun for sure and subsequent ones are more challenging However they are the same all you get is a bigger ship with a few more rooms Also there is still a good number of coming soon features that will never be coming out unless the developers give this app a second breath which I totally think they should All in all its a good game that could use a bit more polish that it most likely will never see              I never write review

This is a very impressive game It plays like a RPGRTSreal time strategy but still adds fun combat all over the place 4 things the developers need to add 1 More missions MUCH more 2 You can board the enemy ship and plus you can target specific spots to disable engines or communication 3 Add missions where you set foot on a space station or a planet Heck even a moon would be nice You can call in an orbital strike from your ship if you need it Planets only 4 Make it to where you can get bigger ships but not have to upgrade the difficulty because it gets hard once you get the big ships Add these changes and you will get a lot more downloads PS If you do add these give me credit please              Fun game

I never right reviews this is the first Ive ever written but I have to about this game Ive been playing space sims since the original black and white space trader and this is the most fun Ive had I have FTL dark nova galaxy on fire series and more but I love this game While each other game has its perks this is the best value of its type While FTL seems preferred thats just because its older Btw you will spend more than 6 hours on this game not like that other guy said he must be a Dev of FTL Unlike the game being over after the campaign in FTL you get to keep you whole crew with their levels and skills and go again in a new ship If you are stuck between this and FTL get this first while FTL is a great game this is the most fun for your money I would have payed 999 for it any day but 299 is a steal get it                 Best value space sim period

I love the game its super fun But it needs to be updated ASAP Its been the same version for almost 2 years The develops need to step up their progress or something           Hurry Up

The only thing is that i had to reset my game because of a bug or glitch when i loaded a save i had a hole in my ship but i repaired it and i started a battle but when i started the second i got it the hole reappeared even the the missile never got past my shield but this just means i get to play more of the best game on my phone                 Awesome Game

UPDATE Im extremely disappointed in this product They havent had an update since 2013 This is the trouble with a lot of these crowd sourced games You get the original effort which is usually less than what was promised and then they give up on it I get it Maybe they ran out of money but they also made a lot of empty promises about what this game was going to become and now it seems to have been abandoned Read my original review below for my original thoughts and see how excited I WAS about where this game was going which obviously never panned out Bummer I see people complaining that the game is too hard False I think the main issue is that the game is not built well for an iPhone screen On iPad I havent found it to be too difficult to control my quad With that said I could see how it would be difficult on the smaller iPhone screen although I havent and dont plan to try it The game is still really good and Im excited for how much these guys add to the game in the future and how it improves Id like to see more diplomacy and customization and building At its current state its too focused on combat Which is fun at least on an iPad Well worth the download and support of a hungry and capable indie dev team     Abandoned Ship

I love this game as it creates a realistic ship warfare experience reminiscent of Star Trek while providing satirical humor regarding its inspiration The combination of ship combat repelling boarders repairing damages and healing crew can be overwhelming but manageable and fun The humor is fantastic and reminiscent of the Star Trek series The game also provides ample customization options for your ship and crew However the game needs more content such as playable capital ships more indepth customization for ships and crew and more missions including diplomacy and exploration It has been two years since the last update which is ridiculous           Challenging and Humorous But Desperately Needs More Content

This game is fun enjoyable and worth the price However story is way to short really easy and I hate how when u get a new ship the story replays itself Altogether this is a nifty little game where a few update could push this to a top 10 app              If only they could
