Its neat Cool
This has long been one of my favorite apps and the latest update only made it better In a nutshell this is a game that really leaves all the options open to the player merchant mercenary pirate or soldier its all up to you Customize the loadout of your ship choose your contracts and destinations and handle combat as you see fit The games trade and combat systems are simple enough to be comprehensible complex enough to be fun No premium cash or idiotic energy meters to worry about There are purchasable addons but theyre entirely optional but all well worth the IAP Definitely among the top three games I have ever played on the iPad Outstanding openended gameplay
This game is really a gem and definitely needs to be experienced Think of it along the lines of King of Dragon Pass in space with great responsive developers who are constantly updating and adding new content Id definitely try it for free and didnt hesitate to buy the full version to support more of this type of game in the app store Deep and interesting space RPG experience
This game is amazing its easy to learn tough to master and a great pastime It provides a great playing experience without buying the expansion which looks absolutely amazing However it is not perfect and there are several things that could be improved Some concepts such as buying rumors and the Spy officer arent simple to understand for a beginner despite the helpful wiki entries Also it is very annoying to have as a contractor the choice between angering some faction or your crew unless youre a pirate Maybe some missions that are not against someone Apart from that great game very balanced I would absolutely recommend it Great game but room for improvement
This is one of my favorite all time phone games If you arent playing it you are missing out Play this game

Went bounty hunter with the beggar and as a steel song clan member i assassinated abducted spied blockaded and gave military secrets for the steel song people and now everyone except the steel song hate me the steel song see me as a war hero and my relations with all the other factions is 230 now i have to gun down 10 bounty hunters per tile and i ran out of water and OH GOD REBELLION Excellent gameplay
In an age of farming and being a mobster gaining as many fake fbook friends as possible just to get ahead a mobile game where you actually have to use strategy and wits is pretty rare Kudos Not a social game

If youre looking for a space RPG along the lines of an old BBS Trade Wars game look no further This game is a gem in the rough Massive amounts of depth and a wide open world make it easy to get sucked in for hours Wonderful game
Frustrating and seemingly random due to simultaneously giving the player too many options and too little information Purchases often will not be possible with no reason given do you have too little money Is the trade forbidden Is the dock out of stock Who knows No information is offered to tell you what is happening or why The consequences and results of your actions are murky made worse by far too many ingame factions to track Also translation and grammatical errors abound confounding the already interminable help pages An incomprehensible mess
I agree with the previous post It looks like it could be good if there was a tutorial The description of the game content is great But its missing basics like What each button is and what they do How to move the ship How to complete a contract Im stuck on the first mission Ive reached the destination grid 1111 But nothing happens My contract is still there waiting to be finished How to land on planets And other basic game mechanics Incomplete Guide

The Elite upgrade actually locks you out of purchasing crucial ship upgrades instead of allowing them Dont buy the upgrade until they fix this Dont buy Elite
I will start by saying why I only gave this wonderful game a 45 The game sort of just throws you into the universe and for the first 5 minutes it was a bit overwhelming but as you explore around and play the game it becomes a very fun little game I have always been a fan of the space trader type of games and this is by far one of the best ones on the apple market Overall pretty great

Theres no good tutorial the interface is hard to figure out and for a game this complex there needs to be a much better help system than a link to the forums and the empty wiki page This game could be fun if learning to play was A LOT easier Complex with no help system to speak of

I like the game a lot at first I wasnt sure if it was gonna come out on the App Store iv been a fan of their games for about a year but I think there should be a custom difficulty so you can set enemy captain level percentage because I dont want an incredible fuel consumption but if I dont put the difficulty high it starts out too slow Great game

I have been looking for a game like this on iOS Fortunately I stumbled across this game on a site Sure its an RPG but it includes tactics strategy detailed planning Its frankly unimpressive piece of engineering Add to that the developers strong commitment to a better product a better future and inclusion of even more accessibility features and I believe weve found a winner Not only is this game very playable for those using the Voiceover screen reader the developers are continuously making it an even better and more fluid experience For anyone looking for a casual experience and immersive gaming session or a model of how accessibility should be done grab StarTraders Also dont forget that they have an Elite version Happy trading A Star Performance Trading in Excellence

Has so much great content I bought the app on my kindle fire and will buy it again on my new iPod touch as well The developers Have really kept up with updates and fixing the few bugs in the game The graphics are simple but arent really needed for a game like this its extremely fun and can take up hours of your time if you really wanted to If youre into a sandbox game where you can do whatever you want you will be interested in this game trust me Great mini sandbox game

I loved this game on its first release i just downloaded my fourth updated and its growing fast with new features and content I went elite in 5 minutes flat but i got my 2 bucks worth a while ago and this guy keeps going This dev is awesome and responsive to questions and requests Wow this game just keeps getting better
While the graphics are nothing special the game has great ship art work and an easy to use trading and battling system The game lets you even steal ships you win against and has many levels of different difficulties to cater to any player With recent updates they add new ships and regularly fix bugs Plus they dont bug you with IAP A must get A must
