Purchased it in 2011 used it but never sure if it was accurate there is no way one can accurately check its reliability No response from developers when request answers Now they just fixed the bugs and want me to pay again Would not recommend this product nor other ones by this developer save your money RippOff

I used the full version on my old Palm PDA and miss it a lot I found it made my billing more accurate and quickly paid for itself This lite version only works with new patients but is a good introduction to the application I intend to get the full version when its released I gave it 4 stars because its use is limited at the moment Waiting for the full version

When I updated the full version it kicked me back to lite and is now asking for 4495 more 1 month ago was using full version and dloaded bug fix was working fine I already paid If bought do not update apparently unless you want to keep paying Frustrated

This supposedly free app apparently charged me for updates The app is ok it tells you how many elements of the HP you need for each level of billing As a practitioner I have enough experience now to know what level I need to bill so not as useful for me Thieves

Your new update was not tested for 1G Itouch I have 313 update on my 1rst gen Itouch downloaded the update and poof the app keeps force closing Thanks a bunch I am a coder and do bill review This was so helpful when I was stymied I used it daily I tried every scenario posted to correct this issuestill cannot use app Very disappointed Stat EM lite

I am in a billing and coding class I showed this app to my instructor who highly approved of it It helped me to begin to understand the different elements and keys to doding an encounter I wish I was able to use it on my tests I gave it 4 stars because I couldnt find a way to reset for a new case But it could be some cluelessness on my part Great App

This app crashes on the iPad within first 5 min of use The crash is triggered by something as simple as simple data entry And when it does all the data enters disappears and youll have to start over They should have tested it before release Guaranteed to crash Not usable

This trial version is really well done The graphic user interface is easy to read and easy to navigate No one would ever go through this for every visit but its great as a learning tool to do an occasional audit to make sure youre not under or overcoding The trial version only includes New Patient visits so one needs to get the full paid application to have a comprehensive tool but thats the idea of a trial version now isnt it I might get this to use as a tool to help teach residents how to code Two thumbs up Keep more great apps like this coming Elegant simple excellent

This is a good application but only half useful hampered by only providing you with the ability to charge new patient information The full program is a whopping 7900 Who is going to buy that Come on lower the price to something reasonable So whats with the pro app 7900

I just graduated from harvard last year and know working at john Hopkins I reccomended this to all the young doctors and nurses and they are all over it like donkey kong It is a fablous and amazing game I think this is a must but for all young doctors I even told my good friend Barack obama about this and he loved the idea of teaching are young people about health After I told him he said this is just excuiset and YES WE CAN Amen brothers good day Best ever
