Wonderful tool for NIH Stroke Scale Great

I loved the first versions of this stroke scale before the distracting banner ads that flash blink across screen to purchase other products And not just onceswipe to next page and they have something else they are trying to sell you It interferes with an exam Im deleting it after u found this after updating Former user of this b4 update

This app works ok and good if you are a student learning to do NIH Stroke Scale However I am a professional who wanted to use this app to conduct professional exams The app add bar at the bottom is very distracting and is very unprofessional when trying to complete an exam on an actual patient Please reconsider this distraction and I will reconsider your app App works but

Excellent instructions graphics but at the end there is no scale to compare the severity of your results to You only get your total score but you dont know what it means Where does my score of 20 fall into a category of a mild moderatesevere etc RN

I am not a neurologist so I have no idea how to assess the rating I would expect to see a scale describing what the overall assessment means The tests seem well thought out but I have no idea what to make of the results No Scale to Explain Rating

This is going to be a great tool for initial and ongoing stroke assessment in the ED Very user friendly Im very happy with this application RN
