In this day and age cinemas should be going the extra mile to make your experience pleasant I ve had nothing but frustration when going to see a movie at their cinemas Booking online is pointless as you need to wait in the same queue as non online goers Then wait in a queue to print your beverage order then wait in a queue to collect said beverage Then wait in a queue to add salt and get a straw Then wait in a queue to enter cinema All while costing you a small fortune No helpful staff around I laid a complaint to them and had no response I will NEVER use Ster Kinekor again     Ster Kinekor is a let down SharkWiz

Hi Guys your old app was great it was well thought out from start to finish I think your current team is struggling to figure out what the focus starting point of this app should be is it cinemas or movies ie do I want to search for places where X movie is showing or do I want to see what movies are showing at X cinema In my case it s the latter Depending on where I am Gauteng Western Cape or KZN if I have nothing better to do I like to check out a movie depending on what s showing at my closest cinema I m sitting in Cape Town now and when I tap cinemas the only one listed is Sandton I must have chosen my favourite cinema at some stage during the app set up Maybe I m dumb but I can t figure out how to get to Somerset or Stellenbosch cinemas to see what s on You ve added a new plus button to what looks like the home screen for me to add cinemas To be perfectly honest if I m sitting in Cape Town I don t care what s showing in Sandton Just give me a simple list drop down of cinemas so that I can choose my context SIMPLIFY is the motto you guys need to work on to get back to where you were You re just selling movie tickets make it easy and intuitive     Poorly Thought Out BigNick26

This app is so terrible After previewing a movie it takes you back to the top of the movie list so you re forced to scroll past all the other movies before you re back at the movie you were at Also having to add card discount numbers before seeing if seats are available is such a waste of time The app also froze twice now during the paying process with SterKinekor taking money off my card without actually booking seats Very disappointed I wish I could rate it 0 stars     If I ever had a reason to switch to NuMetro This is it ZDH!!!

An atrocious app an embarrassment Trying to reinstall after the app decided to go into a connection retry loop Completely unusable When it did still work it was quite bad Bad layout and bad design Such a dark app is very hard on the eyes It is not clear when some element or component can be interacted with The navigation is bad as one often reaches a dead end having to restart the process of checking movie info and where it shows It should also be obvious how many movie credits one has on a club card Then there is SK in general They provide a weak range of movies and the better movies shows for very little time My email subscription to receive movie updates have never worked     Atrocious PieterR1980

First off there are 2 of these apps on the store the older one no longer works Upon launch you just get a message Unable to connect This app Overall quite poorly put together If you create your account initially via the app you do not get sent a verification email So your account won t be active To overcome this you need to visit the website and locate the option the re send the verification email Once you ve created your account there is a tab where you can allegedly update your account details This doesn t work This app is also listed as having support for Wallet It does not I ve just purchased tickets and I get the QR code in the app but there is no option to send it to Wallet I even tried to be tricky I took a screenshot of the QR code and tried to scan it in the Wallet app This obviously didn t work Personally I m disappointed I like to use apps because they usually make interaction with a particular service easier Unfortunately this wasn t the case here The dysfunctional features and lack of things like Apple Pay and Wallet support result in this app being no simpler than just arriving at the cinema and buying your tickets there     Poor MyKeySays

This app is a serious downgrade from the previous version It is unfinished to the point of being unusable The app requires you to login before use but there is no registration journey built into the app This means you have to visit the SK site on your computer register and then sign in on the app I am also unable to redeem my Vitality via the app This app makes booking SK tickets prohibitive More time has been spent on aesthetics and next to none on functionality by the seem of things Absolutely awful     Terrible Cosmo.girl

Looks great guys But shifting entering the loyalty card number before choosing seats is a horrible idea You have done this on your website as well My friends and I generally all book together so I have sometimes up to 9 loyalty cards I need to enter By the time I have put all the numbers in all the good seats are booked Your process flow is broken and is going to result in all serious movie watches moving to numetro as at least then I can get the seats I want on premier night         First impressions Guano117
