So excited about this app I know sterling is a tad behind technology on some things but nice seeing them catch up I have used HUGE banks before wells usbank but hated the corporate stiff and sales pressure Moved my accounts to sterling and I love my bank I love my banker and tellers They know me and I hardly have to wait in line This app will help me save time and keep up with my busy schedule I work til 5 so its hard to get down there I am super excited about the check picture deposit Thats pretty awesome Yay sterling bank Consumer

Username password first name last name phone number and three security questions about yourself to log in It works ok for checking balances but lacks in features compared to the regular Umpqua app No mobile check upload for Sterling customers Might as well use the mobile site Garbage

Doesnt initialize in a 3G setting after multiple attempts Presumably it was tested and works in a WIFI environment but I just use the regular online site when thats available Valueless Total failure

ADMIN There is a bug that makes you retype your password after entering about 4 digits You have to clear what you have typed then retype your password PLEASE FIX Once you set up your profile its easy to use I love mobile banking Ok Please Fix BUG

This new mobile banking app delivers everything I need to do on a daily basis and MORE I am so glad to see Sterling finally getting competitive with the bigger banks especially in the mobile banking area I cant wait to get my first check in the mail so I can deposit it through my mobile app Lastly the setup process was smooth and very user friendly Thanks again Sterling for making my everyday banking as easy as 1 2 3 Excellent App

I love have a mobile option for banking and this app works great I do wish that there was the option to see the check images and add categoriesnotes to transactions like I can on the website Other than those two issues Im very pleased Great
