Bug incapable of ordering Cannot access field to enter phone number Ordering

I can NOT put in my order from my phone It keeps asking my for my number yet I cant see the field where Im suppose to enter my phone number If there a bug it needs to be fix I love sticky rice ordering from my would make life way better Help
